We found this restaurant by googling outdoor dining near Nemours Estates. Although it is located in a strip mall, it has nice outdoor seating and beautiful interior. Service was excellent and the food was unbelievably good! My friend ordered the kale and quinoa salad and I had the house salad. Both salads were HUGE (about 3 times the size of a regular salad) and so good. We also had the key lime pie which was light and sublime and the perfect ending to a delicious meal!
An almost authentic French-style bistro in a strip shopping center north of Wilmington. Don't let the exterior fool you. Delicious braised spare ribs and steak frites. A satisfying salade Niçoise and a very good cassoulet. The rest of the menu is just as tasty and served at traditional bistro speed. Adequate-but-inexpensive wines. Don't pass on the desserts. Fun bar out front. Some sidewalk tables. Reasonable prices. If you eat there once, you're almost certain to return. I do.
It was my first visit here. I ordered the Crab and Red Pepper Bisque and as you can see it did not come with a lump of crab. Went back to request a copy of my receipt only to be greeted with an attitude by the waitress who wears heavy eyeliner that it had been discarded a long time ago. No problem. Eventually, another server was kind enough to assist and reprint another receipt since an hour had passed from my initial visit. The bisque was delicious although the main ingredient was missing. The one-star is not for the quality of food but for the poor customer treatment.
We stopped in for brunch and really enjoyed every bit of the meal. We ordered the grilled cheese and the eggs with sausage and they were excellent. My wife and I agreed the breakfast potatoes were the best we've ever had. The $5 special mimosas were a nice value and tasted greatWe certainly plan on coming back for brunch in the future.
I read a lot of reviews when looking for a place to meet with new friends all coming from a bit of distance. It had to have a menu with variety and a little shine, and the Corner Bistro fit the bill. Beyond that, it has a nice vibe. Service was professional and upbeat, even with a full house. Don’t let the exterior fool you; this is a gem! Perfect for a business lunch, a date, and a meet-up with your crew.

Was brought by a local and was not disappointed. Everything seemed fresh, my French onion soup and fish tacos were both excellent. Friendly waitstaff as well.
Our new favorite Delaware restaurant. Had a wonderful lunch of baked brie, beet salad, and the best grilled cheese sandwich we've ever had. Highly recommended!
