What a nice establishment! The employees that were working today 4/24 @ 11am, opened the store with only 2 people and a couple called out and will be late. They employees hustled at opening with 6 orders by 1110. Served us fast friendly and with a smile and laughs! kudos to you both! job well done!
We’ve been here for about 20 minutes and have no less than 12 people come and go with their food. I understand call-in orders, but don’t service walk-in customers if you’re not going to make their food until every other order has been made. Definitely will never be coming back to this place.
Been going here for a long time but lately it's been horrible just picked up Bobbie and meatball. The Bobbie was nothing but mayo and cranberry the meatball was mostly sauce and could hardly bite the rolls. In done with them. Its a shame because they used to be so good.
My bf ate there. He said his steak sandwich was huge and highly priced BUT HE LOVED IT. SO in the end worth it
We had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich from here and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend it. Other parties in our family had other sandwiches as well and they were very pleased as well.
I ordered 2 medium Bobbies on 2 separate days for lunch. Both sandwiches had very little turkey. I get the cost to buy the turkey, cook it then pay higher wages to put it on a roll. I tried twice, if I wanted a stuffing sandwich with cranberry sauce I would have opted out and picked something else. Im not against paying more for a good sandwich they just cut the quality and ruined a good product.
Worst experience ever. I ordered party trays 2 weeks ago for my sons birthday party on the 26th. I placed the order online and was charged full price on the 15th. The morning of the birthday, half hour before the delivery was suppose to arrive, I received a text that our order was set to be delivered on time at noon. At noon I then received a email from the store saying that my order was cancelled and to call the store 1 HOUR before the birthday party. I could not get a hold of anyone at the store and did not receive any subs for the birthday party that day.I ended up calling the same store the next day. I ended up talking to the poor young cashier that was working and was trying to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor was refusing to get on the phone for myself and my husband.We are furious. We just want our money back at this point and haven’t even reached a resolution for that. We will never order subs here again.
Always helpful staff. Kenya was very nice to me after I had a not so great experience with the Hockessin Capriotti’s- on hold for 12+ minutes, then they only have small rolls. I’ll be using the Kirkwood location from now on!!
TWICE I waited 30-40 minutes for a sub order (1 order was even called in & I STILL waited a half hour). Nor any courtesy from staff.CountryMaid does a better sub…within minutes!(1/2 the staff, twice the volume…Capriotti’s: you need to see how it’s done!)
