We ordered 12 sandwiches. That's a lot for any business. The staff was amazing. It did take a little longer, but that's normal with that much food! We will definitely stop here again on our way to OCMD!

They don’t care if you are in line. They keep the drive through some what going, but if you come inside then you are going to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes for your meal to be served. No one is ready to take your order. Workers walking around aimlessly. Only two people working the one on the drive through window and the one fulfilling the drive through orders. Even they are told to pull over to the front and one person running the order out. 7 people working but actually only 2 people doing the work. The rest standing around or walking around chatting with each other. After me asking for ketchup many time and no one answering me I got loud and then others said something and it got things moving. I got three packets of ketchup for two burger and fries. Very disappointing service and rude servers. After getting my food, they gave me the wrong stuff. No sauce no lettuce, it was like they did not have the time to even do this.

It took 45 mins for an take out online order and cheese was missing on whopper jr. Worst BK experience had my entire life...

Tried food once about 2 months ago and felt like it lacked quality. I then decided to give it a try again and it was even worse. Seemed like the food was sitting out for a long period. The whopper barely had anything on it. The chicken sandwich no mayo.I would not recommend going here.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 mins, watched multiple people get out of the line just for my food to taste old. This chicken sandwich is old crusty and dry. Save yourself and just go to the McDonald's across the street.

Waited at drive through window for 15 minutes seeing staff person scratching her head and handling food and not washing hands! When I finally got my order, French fries were cold and you would think that waiting that long food would be fresh and hot!!! Got home and food was not fresh and the Big king as you can see in the photo was nasty and had no lettuce pickles onions, just cheese smh! The chicken nuggets were stale and dry!! Fish sandwiches were old and soggy!! Part of my order was missing! I paid $21.13 for the worst food and whoever prepared this should be fired!!

This was Burger King. I have been to them all over the country. There are some excellent ones and there are some cruddy ones. This one falls a little beyond halfway. Nothing to write home about and I got what I order with no issues.

Mozzarella sticks were burned chicken fries were burned and on top of it all they also gave me the wrong burger. Would never eat here again!

Terrible place! So unprofessional and rude, their app was experiencing technical difficulties and they refused to serve me. This is disappointing especially when I have no control over this issue. The manager literally told me to come back and try again later, instead of overriding the problem since it wasn’t a customer issue. I was on my lunch break and wanted to use my coupon that expires today but was turned around and told there was nothing for them to do.

Sat in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. Definitely not efficient.Update: 35 minutes with the same two cars. Ended up leaving the line and going in. They had my order next to the drive through window already prepped.They need to wave slow orders forward to wait on food and move the already prepped meals through the line.
