Extremly Slow service!! 2 people working and let's just say they really don't care how quickly they move the line! The ice cream is soft and melted. Had to refreeze at home! Ordered 2 things and took 17 mins to make it ofter i waited in line for 20 mins! Small cup and a milkshake. They really need to pick up the pace.
New location on Kirkwood Highway is really nice! Friendly staff, lots of great ice cream choices, and pleasant outdoor seating area.
Ordered cookie dough two scoops there were only six pieces of dough and one scoop of cherry vanilla not one cherry. At six plus for the cone not thrilled.
The staff and managers are amazing and went above and beyond on my birthday ice cream cake! Every single of of their ice cream flavors are incredible. Highly recommend.
I have been driving by this place every day and never noticed it. I found it the other day and tried it’s ice cream. Awesome. Definitely stop in and try something. There’s plenty to choose from. Their specialty cakes and pies look great.
Honestly I love brusters, I would always drive to glen mills just to go to brusters. So to say I was excited when one was opening on kirkwood was an understatement. However since they have been open they make the same 30 flavors. Which seems ok and if you like one of the 30 they always make it’s great. But brusters has over 150 flavors…this location seems to rarely make different flavors. Since they have opened I haven’t even seen them make a third of brusters flavors. Which you could say I don’t go everyday so how do I know? But you can check the app to see what flavors they have each day. Extremely disappointed and hope they start switching up flavors. Until then I will continue to drive out of the way to glen mills.
I'm going to say this. Bruster's is better than Rita's in my opinion. I had the cheese cake shake it was awesome. My grandson got a blueberry slushy. It was amazing also. Omg and they have marshmallow topping that I was looking for. Guess what Rita's does not. Loving it at Bruster's
It was a weird experience that 15 minutes before closing staff states that they are done for the night. Are store hours just suggestions now? I get people want to go home, but at least offer the easy options for those that waited to order (we were already inside and waiting behind a family).
I ordered strawberry ice cream in a regular size cup. It’s delicious! The portion was just right. I would go there again.
