Food is a *little* overpriced for my liking, but the espresso drinks have generally been solid. Service has been great at this location and I've never had to wait very long to get my order, either. I do wish the chain would take a closer look at how they're making cold brew since it always tastes a little sour (maybe a less acidic dark roast bean would help?). Aside from that, save your trip to Drip Cafe in Hockessin and come here instead.
I love this place and go every time I am back in Delaware. They really need to expand into PA. Try West Chester it’s a great college town and you will make a killing. Time to expand into PA so sick of these crappy chains out here.
There's nothing better than a brouhaha on a Sunday morning getting down with the wicked. Great coffee great pastries they make the best chicken salad sandwich this side of the Mississippi.
Customers are ignored due to poor service and unusually long wait time when only 1 person was ahead
Bought a hot match tea. Flavor was bland and not enjoyable. Wife bought a coffee latte and not flavorful either. Will not go back.
So slow, took 25+ min for 2 sandwiches and they had 3 people working behind the counter

Walk in customers ignored. Have stopped here for years, but today was an awful experience. Waited for well over 5 minutes at the counter to order two iced beverages. Never happened. The three employees ignored us. They seemed occupied with online orders and did not have time for the walk in customer or even acknowledge we were waiting. We finally left and went to another coffee establishment and were served. The business model being used to ignore walk in traffic with courtesy and in a timely manner has turned off a long time walk in customer.
Some the manager Rob left this place has really gone down hill. I used to order and have my coffee ready in 5 mins max now the wait is 15+ and the staff just isn’t what it used to be. On top of that I think it’s literally the only business in Delaware that still requires you to wear a mask vaccination or not. Walk in people sitting at the tables with no mask but do an online order and walk in to grab it and the staff loses their minds. Does Covid spread easier if you are standing instead of sitting. Get with the program Brew haha or this long time customer won’t be back anymore.
Still haven’t gotten it together, used to love this place.
