I do not write reviews. But someone at a higher level needs to investigate this store. On 7/12 Tuesday there was a incident that occurred at this Boston Market. I am going to be as fair as possible. I saw the man mopping the floor but he dropped the mop bucket and water was all over the floor near the bathrooms. He asked a lady to come in and assist the customers who were in line but she refused to help them. I heard her tell him “no.” Later on I discovered that he was the general manager meaning he is her boss how could she say no to him? She went back outside and sat down and did nothing. When the lady came back inside I saw her say something to him and he became very mad and walked out. He’s not a hothead I’ve seen him there before he’s a gentleman. She clearly provoked him by not listening to him and by pushing his buttons. There were other customers near me and we all agreed the lady was at fault. I came in the other day and found out he was fired why? Who is the regional director? I agree he could have handled the situation better but she provoked and instigated the situation. Maybe if the lady actually did her job this wouldn’t have happened. If he lost his job she should lose her’s as well. I will not return to this location.Robert
Brandon is the reason why I come to this Boston Market. One day the store ran out of marshmallows for the sweet potatoes I was very upset about that. I asked to speak with the general manager of the store and Brandon literally went and bought marshmallows with his own money to ensure I was satisfied. That is true leadership he is the reason that store operates. There is a female that works during the daytime she is really unprofessional and lied one time and stated they were out of chicken WHICH THEY WERE NOT. As I went out to the parking lot I saw another lady leave with chicken. She clearly said that because she doesn’t like working. I am reporting this to corporate. She then went outside and had a smoke. Terrible! Brandon is the reason for this positive review.
Extremely bad customer service here. Also, they're constantly out of food items...like chicken. The only nice people that work here are Lily and the new GM, Brandon. They are really the only reasons why I come to this location.
Terrible experience. This place has gone so downhill it's insane. First, the registers were down so they only accepted cash. Okay, I can let that slide. But then the fountain machine was also down. Which means no drinks with my meal, so the employee literally offered a cup of water? From the kitchen? as a substitute. Yeah no thanks. A free dessert would have been acceptable.
They didn't have any sides left and they wasn't closing until 2hours later. They had the audacity to offer scraps like who was eating that how rude of you, they're in need of some serious help and a lot of customer service, food ethics and everything above. Horrific service ?...
Hello Boston Market,I would like to give some feedback regarding your store on Kirkwood Hwy. I would like to start by saying the new manager Brandon is absolutely amazing. I was having a bad day but his positive attitude changed that. He was courteous and provided exceptional customer service. There is one lady that works during the day and she is very nasty to the customers. She could learn from Brandon.
I’m completely lost for words, I have been coming to this boston market for 11 years And let me just say I absolutely love the new change. I come everyday at 11:30 am my food has been the BEST, my CHICKEN? perfectttt I love the new morning crew Especially the Sweet young manger went above to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I hope she’s there to stay : ) way to go. Thank you for your service
I love this store and the food was really good. They have new manager his name is Brandon. He is very professional and works really hard. I will be back!
The best Boston Market in DE hands down! Omariah & Julie are the amazing ambassadors of this franchise and have what it takes to move up in the company! The AC doesn’t seem to be working here but that didn’t stop them from maintaining their professionalism. Thank you ladies!!!!!
Good food at good prices. Recommend to be patient at service. Some times they are really busy
