the server through the drive through was extremely pleasant. The food on the other hand was terrIble. The burger was completely dry and tasted super bland.
Bathroom garbage overflowing, dining room garbage overflowing, out of condiments but no one bothered to come change them even though they clearly weren't busy as we heard them hooting and hollering in the back talking about personal matters. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food was decent. Honestly, I'd be embarrassed to be the manager.
Drive thru breakfast sandwich special....buscuits are nice, egg good, bacon OK, cheese disgusting and soupy. Order is almost always incorrect and was for this visit. Ordered sausage on one and bacon on other sandwich and got both bacon. Drive thru window has lost its seal and looks like film between the planes of glass and with the discoloring has not been cleaned for a long time....the view is offputing.
This is a typical Wendy restaurant with average employees. The person taking our order was great and very nice and happy. However, when we got to the window, the person could not have hated life more. Thankfully, we checked our order before leaving and noticed they shorted us a sandwich. Overall, the food was reasonably priced over other smaller restaurants, but service was not great. I guess you do get what you pay for, but our fish sandwich were great, and the fries were fresh.
This place is either 0 stars or 5 stars so I had to give a 3 to be fair. Depending on the shift is what to expect. I have a lot of issues with orders being incorrect and staff aren't so friendly. However, the night staff are the complete opposite. Over the top friendly and welcoming orders are correct, hot and fresh.. Need to split the shifts up so you don't have so many grumpy inefficient workers on day shift..
Very slow drive through...food was good beside the spicy nuggets. I think they made them last night..discussing!! Old & Hard!!!
Ordered number 3 spicy and got reg. I called and they brought me out the correct ones
Strawberry lemonade was fully concentrate and way to thick for consumption. But on a good note the chicken sandwich was very tender and not dry like the other. The tropical berry lemonade was very very tart. The bacon on the jr bacon cheeseburger was over cooked and caused me immense dental pain.
Went through drive thru an was given one meal with a hard rock bun....cold burger....nasty fries....2nd meal cold bacon ice cold cheese an burger an again nasty fries! Bad service all the way around!
I got a 4 for 4 and so did the guy in front of me in line and they gave me the wrong sandwich they gave me what he ordered. Thank God I'm not allergic to bacon or a person that doesn't eat pork. I had ordered a Jr cheeseburger and he ordered a Jr bacon. How can you screw up a 4 for 4. This isn't the 1st time they have messed up my 4 for 4 last time they didn't put fries in the bag. I suggest you check all your food before you leave the restaurant. Had I been a person with a food allergy this could've been very serious. Get it together guys..
