As of now June 23rd 2022 for the past couple of months those who leave work later in the night and are hungry usually have to settle for McDonald’s because Taco Bell is the only other fast food place open after a certain time, and when you pull up to this Taco Bell window you are greeted with “we closed early please leave”, or “sorry we ran out of food”, we even “we can only make soft tacos or hard tacos right now, and we’re out of Pepsi, Sierra Mist, and Mountain Dew Baja blast” for Taco Bell this location is seriously lacking. The numerous Taco Bell locations within 100 miles of this one, are way better. Hands down. Wish I could post the review with zero stars.
Just went there. It was 11 o'clock. They opened at 10. They refused to open the dining room. Said they were only doing drive thru . By law, you have to open when your sign says your open. I ride a bike. I can't do the drive thru. This happened once before. The young lady at the window was very rude and disrespectful and refused to serve me. When I rode off she hollered out the window and called me a cracker. They're lucky I came back at all. I see about 75% one star reviews and alot of complaints. Time to replace the management and staff, don't you think?
Horrible food. Ordered two combos. Crunch wrap had 0 meat in it. Just old funky tasting lettuce, no cheese. It was horrible. Crunchy tacos had hardly any meat. The burrito had nothing in it but the Tortilla and cheese ...such a waste of money. We ended up throwing away the entire order. Do better taco bell!!!
Stopped here the other day on my way through Rehoboth. I've never been inside so I can't comment on cleanliness. The service was fast here. My cheesy gordita crunch taco was filled to the brim with cheese, veggies and meat. Definitely hit the spot when I was in the mood for a quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch taco.
My experience at this location varies each time, this being the smoothest visit. I always order cinnamon twist, like always, and they forget to include them in my bag almost every time! It’s partially my fault for not checking my bag before leaving but then again, it’s not my job to ensure the customer gets what they ordered and paid for.
By fat the worst experience. I ordered online to pick-up. The Pepsi was all syrup with no seltzer. The Mtn Dew Baja Blast was all seltzer no syrup. There was a pool of grease at the bottom of the bag, and grease covered allthe items inside. The crunchy tacos were crushed while the Doritos Locos Tacos were so soggy you could ring them out. The Nachos Belle Grande were all crushed and a ridiculously small serving to begin with. It's obvious that everything was just thrown together without a care. I will not return.
Very disappointed that no bells came with my meal. This should be considered false advertising. I enjoyed the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, however. Shame on you, Taco Bell. Your entire staff should be fired and replaced with robots.
It's Taco Bell so you know what to expect for the most part. This one can be iffy. Sometimes they'll ask you everything they're supposed to and everything will be perfect but the next you might get no sauce and an unfried chalupa. I've also been in a few times and heard employees absolutely going at it in the back arguing. Again, though, it's Taco Bell so it could get much worse.
Always cold food and old ingredients, orders never come with sauces when asked especially via DoorDash, Uber Eats etc. Rude rude rude drive-thru employees. The district manager needs to come and review the drive-thru employees.
This is the best Taco Bell around. Mostly accurate, quick to fix any mistakes, solid customer service, and low wait times. Not much more you can ask for. Better than their cohorts in Millsboro (STAY AWAY) and Georgetown (meh).
