Went for some refreshing drinks on a late Sunday morning. It was pretty busy so we waited a good 10 minutes. I used the bathroom in the meantime and found the toilets out of toilet paper and toilet seat covers. When I went to wash my hands the soap dispenser squirted directly into my eye. I tried to get it out, but they do not have paper towels and the toilet paper was gone. I then went back out to find some napkins to get the soap out of my burning eye, but the napkin dispensers were also empty. Overall their service in itself was adequate since employees are limited these days, but they need to improve their cleanliness and supply restocking. They had toilet paper pieces all over the floor and empty dispensers everywhere.
A long wait if you go inside almost 20min wait for your coffee and it's not good when you get it to taste after waiting as long as we did. My coffee is not to my liking it isvery disappointing. They are more focused on the drive-thru much faster maybe that's why the wait time is longer inside.
One of the most comfortable Starbucks I have ever seen and very beautiful ambiance. I love the playlist too !! Coffee is always good !!
It is one of the best starbucks locations. Well staffed, clean and fast. If you don't like Starbucks, chances are this won't change that, but if you do, this is one of the best locations.
Came to try their Mocha Frappuccino and Danishes for the first time: highly recommend. A bit pricey but worth it for a once in a while drink when you need a coffee boost
My 7 year old child requested to visit this location today so that she could have her very first strawberry Frappuccino. She walked in with a $5 bill and we were refused service. We were told she had to order on the app and pick it up later. My 7 year old doesn’t have an app to pay with. When I asked why I could not order in store, a female associate raised her voice and demanded that we leave. A 7 year old child, removed from Starbucks, on her very first visit, for an absolutely inadequate reason. I understand Covid is happening, and we both had masks, but this is ridiculous. Your store 3 miles down the road served us with no issues 10 minutes later.
Very nice service. A shame that customers treat the baristas the way they do during this time when the lobby has to be closed due to Covid. Witnessed a man come in with his child and be extremely rude to the staff , get it together people !
I visited this store on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 1:46 pm at the request of my 7 year old daughter. Santa brought her an iPad for Christmas and she saw advertisements on YouTube and TikTok for their strawberry Frappuccino’s. After entering the store and waiting several minutes without having any of the 8 or so employees make eye contact or ask what we wanted (nobody else in line) I asked an associate if we can place an order. Her response was that she wasn’t sure, she just got back. She asked a coworker who then looked at me and said “No, we are not taking orders. If you want to order something you have to go on our app and pick it up later.” My 7 year old child does not have an app. I began to question why I could not order in the store and she raised her voice at me and told me to leave. My child, with her $5 bill in her hand waiting to pay for her very first Frappuccino was embarrassed and humiliated by this experience. Who ever kicked this 7 year old out of this store should be ashamed of how they treated us today.
High quality food/drinks and excellent customer service (especially Cass ... she's wonderful)‼️ Although you may have to wait in queue due to high demand. We will return again ... ?????
Good locations, a good selection for gifts, and custom coffee drinks. They don't have a drive-thru. Customer service is pretty good!
