First visit of 2022 season, I always get a Gelati mix of Vanilla custard and Blue Raspberry. My husband loves the mango Gelati. Love the cool creamy combo, perfect every time!!
Found a hair in my gelato. When I shared this information and asked for a new one the staff member told me I would have to pay for a new one or pull the hair out and eat it anyway. When I refused I had to argue in order to receive a refund. When I went back to address it with the manager I was laughed at. They do not care. Unsanitary to say the least. Will not return to this location.
