Allow me to explain my experience with this Popeye's. My girlfriend had ordered a meal for us and her children off my card. When I arrived at the Popeye's the attendant who answered the drive through asked what I wanted and I stated I was here for a mobile order. I then TRIED to add two drinks to my order and mid way through the sentence the attendant CLOSED THE GLASS DOOR on the drive through and walked away, later another gentleman walked to the slider and asked what I was here for I restated that I was here for a mobile order and when I tried to explain I would want to add drinks to my order HE CLOSED THE GLASS WINDOW and walked away before I could add the drinks. Getting annoyed I parked my car and walked inside placing the order for the additional drinks. I drove back to my girlfriends apartment where I came to realize that MOST OF THE ORDER WAS WRONG OR INCOMPLETE. We were missing three drinks that came with the meals (not the ones I ordered separately) , received 2/3 cookies, and missing two sides. I drove back to state what I was missing and they stated that I couldn't revive the missing items without the order which the kids were already enjoying since they were hungry. I just ended up paying for the missing items and driving back home. Only then the next day I realized that the casheer had took my card leaving me stranded the entire morning until they opened the next day . I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
This place was filthy! Our order was given to another customer and waited almost 30 minutes before our food was given. After receiving the food it was cold and not good. We had to beg for our drink as that was not given. The employees wad actually handling food with their bare hands. The man who took our order was more interested in chewing his gum vrs customer service. Poor place to visit!!!!!!!
I don’t go here too often but when I do go I’ve had sauces wrong/ missing, payments messed up, cold food, and burned Mac and cheese with no fork. I feel like when I have an issue there they make it my fault and are rude. Food is decent but not worth the price.
I usually enjoy Popeyes but this location struggles with food quality A LOT. Repeated my order 4x's and they still got it wrong which didn't make sense because my order was small & simple. The chicken was dry/old & beans&rice was mostly rice.
Witnessing one of the worst customer service done left me surprised that a manager would allow their staff to be so disrespectful. It left a nasty impression that I stopped the young lady and shared how impressed I was with her attempt to help such a disrespectful group. Good food with horrendous customer service will always result in a negative review.
Love popeyes chicken! Always fresh and hot when I order. Spicy chicken sandwich is as spicy as promised and those new chicken nuggets are just as crispy as the regular chicken! Delicious.
Went by for a drive thru at about 5 PM today and store closed. Only item on the menu at a decent value is their Chicken Sandwich which is the best of them all...brtter than chick fil a. Most menu items are average quality and/or over priced. I out of 5 drive thru orders are not correct and have had times where they run out of chicken (their signature product). As a result of degrading standards and good local competion...not only visit every month or 2, used to be weekly! Too bad.
Never go to this location after 6:30PM. They are always out of chicken. This is literally the third time this month I’ve gone through the drive thru and they ask me what sides I’d like to order because they are completely out of chicken. How does *POPEYES* run out of chicken?!
I love Popeye's spicy chicken more than life itself!! Crispy crunchy deliciousness. Staff was friendly. You can mix soda flavors like when you were a kid. I love Popeye's
I LOVE their Spicy Chicken Sandwich... the best chicken sandwich in my simple opinion. The pickels and the hot sauce make the sandwich... (The pickels and hot sauce ARE the sandwich...)
