Absolutely terrible. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food for delivery, waited an hour and it didn't show up so I called to check on it. Said he didn't have drivers so he sent it via Door dash. I waited another hour and the food never came. I called again and he said he would remake and send it again. Waited another hour and a half and still never got my food. Called asked for a refund. Said it would take 24 hours to post to my bank. That didn't happen. I ended up waiting 2 weeks and every time I called they said oh it'll be there Wednesday, no it'll be there Friday. That was over a month ago and still never got my food or my refund. They were rude, unprofessional and literally ripped me off by 50 bucks. Never again.
Made a delivery order of $52 and it never showed. Called back and they claimed to have sent out a new order which also never showed. Asked for a refund and it's week 2 and that hasn't shown. Seems like I won't be showing myself in your business any longer.

Terrible terrible I ordered NY Pepperoni Pizza for Delivery ??Cold -no seasonings -Terrible don’t waist your $18.. we were so hungry after seeing the NY Pepperoni Commercial.. where is PizzaHutt!!
Sadly, I will no longer be ordering Papa John's pizza from this location. Poor customer service!
Pizza was ok, more pricey then other Papa John's....staff is not very friendly ,I asked for plates and napkins was told they are not giving them out due to Covid .. Really ?!?!?!

Really impressed with the service here! I have ordered several times since I moved here and never had a problem until last week. They were having a busy day (good for them!) and the pizza ended up getting left on the front yard grass. Sad story but the ants had a nice lunch.I redeemed my quality guarantee order today and I am very happy. As always the food is excellent & the service was exceptional. They corrected their mistake and had great service throughout. Happy with them all around. ??

I went to papa John's because crust& craft was closed, Horrible pizza and terrible service.I really should've read the online reviews.I will never ever order from this papa John s or any other papa John's again!!!!
