If it takes 15-20 mins to order a SALAD and another 15 minutes to wait for just a SALAD then something is wrong with Panera's business model. Manager needs better training and more trained employees. Go next door to Chick-fil-A and take notes from their manager. They seem to have employees and get their orders out promptly. Won't go back to this location. If you have have 30 to 45 mins to wait for your lunch by all means but if in a hurry move onto the next food place.
My first and last experience with Panera Bread. We waited patiently in line only to have the cashier snub us by moving to another register and waiting on the patrons behind us. We were patient and understanding knowing how hard it is to operate a business understaffed, however the cashier asked us why we would stand at a register with no cashier. We had been waiting and ignored, but apparently we didn't look like their preffered clientele.
NEVER WORK HERE PERIOD. I used to work here and was bullied non stop by the employees even the managers. I would tell my manager personal things and all of my business would be spread around the cafe like it was in the newspaper. Absolutely the worst place I worked even when I worked there and customers would ask me if their child should work their and I simply ask them the question back how much do they hate themselves ? I made friends here but I worked there 5 years I don’t even care if they see my comment because I would tell them straight up that this is hands down the worst place I worked at. I am one of the nicest people you could meet but just the non stop bullying and harassment especially about VERY personal things is inappropriate. There was so much mold and gross stuff everywhere I can’t believe this place passes health inspection they never replace products honestly I remember working there and being told we had like a 80-90% inspectionbut we still kept going on serving…. I also will never forget working and seeing a rat run through the floor and go into a hole.

Food is very good, but drive through very slow. Would recommend going inside to order if there are at least 3 cars.

Tried the rapid order pick up and my order was ready as requested. The French Onion Soup was warm to my liking and the Brocolli Cheddar Soup has always been my favorite.
I come in here now and again. I came in this afternoon and saw a female worker I see sometimes with dark and yellow hair. I have to say, the food here is amazing, and she always makes coming here feel warm and happy. The one day I came in upset with my boyfriend and her cheerful attitude helped my mood improve and she is always happy to make food recommendations. Anyone who comes here must have her as their cashier. The food workers are also very good! I see them working hard and they get the food out fast everytime. Very sweet as well, and issues with my food always get fixed. This Panera is the best in Delaware compared to others.
Lettuce in my sandwich was gross ? at least my smoothie was good
