Good food, good drink options, nice atmosphere and great staff. The place was pretty full on a rainy night, but the manager pulled in some extra chairs and made room for us. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. My wife had the crab cake sandwich and said it was one of the best she'd ever had. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos and they were tasty and spicy. Put this place on your list!

We have been coming to Rehoboth beach for 15 years - Obie’s has always been a favorite unfortunately our experience this time was awful - overpriced - my husbands $20 salad was nothing more than some day old greens with an over cooked chocken breast - yuck! I gave it 2 stars because the outside bar and seating never disappoints - save your time and money check out the new restaurant ABOVE THE DUNES - where the green turtle used to be - attentive friendly staff there and the calamari was amazing!!!!

Pretty good spot on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Crab cake sandwich was fair.

Luke warm beer and so-so food. My wife did not eat about half of her meal because it upset her stomach. The can of beer I had felt like it had been sitting in the sun. My burger was pretty good, but the fries were only ok. The outdoor seating was nice and the server was solid.Overall forgettable.

Got the short rib grilled cheese and fries. Food was spot on. Location is excellent. My only issue was the Lemon Crush. Had no sweetness and was like drinking right from the lemon. Will be back, next time I'm getting the orange crush though...

Staff is friendly, unfortunately service was slow and the prices seemed high for lunch. $10 per drink on the board walk seemed about right, but $10 for a kids cheese burger and fruit cup, meh.Went the Monday after fathers day and there were 8 items on the menu that were not available. Would stop by for a drink, definitely would not go out of my way to eat here.

Cool spot on the Rehoboth boardwalk that serves drinks until 11. Hit it after 9 last night when everything was closing/closed.Can usually be crowded any time of day. The inside bar allows for great views of the ocean as well but the outside bar is where it's at.

We came to Obie's because we were searching for a restaurant in the Rehoboth area open late. We checked the website and viewed their menu. It looked good, but expensive. ($33 for 1lb of shrimp and over $70 for 1.25lb of snow crab legs.) Our gps led us right to the boardwalk hotel which didn't surprise me considering the pricing on the menu. What did surprise me was the restaurant actually being a dive across the street. Upon entering we weren't greeted and had to search out an employee who told us to seat ourselves. We did and were greeted by a waitress who gave us their "late night" menu of appetizers and a drink menu. We were disappointed by the limited selections because their website made no mention of it. I ordered a cucumber spritzer, chicken tenders and the cucumber tomato salad. My husband ordered a margarita and a lb of steamed shrimp. The drinks came promptly and my spritzer was just as expected. However, my husband's margarita looked like water. It was completely clear and he said it tasted like water and tequila. The food arrived in a timely manner and I enjoyed the chicken tenders and cucumber tomato salad even though it didn't have any tomatoes in it. The shrimp were bland, but edible. We won't be visiting here again. Please don't come here expecting a fine dining experience.

Always a fun place, great location and atmosphere. They have serveral speciality drinks but are only so-so: advertise 'fresh squeezed lime juice' but you see the bartender pouring in Rose's. Food is good for beach/bar food and its a great place to hang out right on the boardwalk.

The weekend before memorial weekend we came in for a late lunch and was not crowded. We went to the hostess stand and asked if we could sit down by the bar she said yes. We went to sit down, and the manager said we could not. So we went back up to wait at the hostess stand, and stood there for over five minutes. There were a lot of empty tables. Finally we got seated on the upper area, then he said we were not allowed to bring a water bottle in. WTF, we looked around and saw several water bottles at other tables. Then we placed an order, 10 minutes go by, I am sorry we are out of what you ordered, would you something else? 10 minutes go by and I am sorry we do not have that either. So we left after 30 minutes of BS. We used to like this place, not so much after dealing with the Manager on steroids !! Nobody there seemed to know what was going on !! Great Management !!
