The workers are nice and the food is good. I stopped going there because, unlike Chipotle, they refuse to provide a cup of water with my meal. When I asked why they said because people steal soda. I asked if they are assuming I steal but they are in denial that this is the message they are sending. I imagine that theft is rare and would be obvious given the different appearance of cups for water and paid soda. Really, how much revenue is lost? It's also a lousy policy for workers because I would think that most people will not tip if treated this way. I think it's a good way to get people to pay for overpriced sugary drinks.
Ordered at 8 $60 order. They only cooked half so I went to the store to receive the other after got there at 8:30 and door was locked and they wouldn't answer the phone. They are suppose to be open until 9pm.
Went to Moe’s in Rehoboth Beach last night for dinner. We arrived at 4:55pm. We ordered steak nachos, chicken nachos and a chicken burrito. The two young kids said we don’t have steak. So we changed the steak to chicken. They said we don’t have chicken either. How at dinner time can you not have two of the main ingredients. The two young kids were very rude stating we don’t get paid enough for this. We turned around and walked out. We will not return.
Such a shame that all the money was spent on a very nice remodel, but the same problems exist. Trash and food on the floors and tables, overflowing trash cans and the big issue for my kids - the salsa bar was pretty much empty. When I asked for tomatillo salsa, I was told there was none. Only one salsa on hand. Management needs to keep a closer eye on everything. Eventually the loyal customers will stop coming back when issues continue to be left unaddressed. One thing I was glad to see was that some of the beverages were available when in weeks past they were not.
Decent to good food, we really like their takeout taco kit boxes.

The food was disgusting. Not even at just this location either! Every store I've gone to the food was inedible. The place was dirty and the staff was rushing me and my mother to take our order when there was no one else in the store.
Have been many times to this location, don’t know why, except it’s the only one around & maybe I keep hoping it will improve. Doors open at 11:00and they are never ready, today at 12:00, cilantro lime rice needed another 45 minutes to be ready, out of pickled jalapeños, etc. The facility could have been cleaner and more inviting. It seems like the staff just roll in at 11:00 and open the doors and work on set up and prep as customers are coming for lunch. This has been going on for a while & not COVID related. Please management help make improvements.
