Why are you wasting time reading this and not on the way over here?? Unless you're reading it while already eating here, then you know what I mean. The takoyaki (octopus balls) are fantastic, as is the bulgogi ramen (and rice bowl). Amazing selection of sake. If you're craving ramen (and some terrific appetizers) you must give this place a try.
We came here for late lunch around 1pm. The environment is nice and clean. Ordered the Okonomeyaki and it tastes very good. The soup brother for the black garlic oil ramen is very rich and flavoriable. The spicy ramen has a strong kimchi flavor. They included two thick slice of pork belly but I found it a little bland. Overall is great but I took out one star because we waited over 20 mins for our appetizer to come and the pork belly is lack of flavor.
If you’re a ramen lover and in the area, I would strongly suggest this ramen spot! We order 4 appetizers (takoyaki, pork chashu buns, tuna poke nachos and kara-age chicken) and 6 entrées (4 black garlic tonkotsu ramen, bulgogi ramen and five spice beef shank ramen). As for drinks, we ordered a Sapporo, Sapporo frozen, white peach mockqito and a Thai tea bubble tea.Decor inside was elegant. But, the bathroom? 11/10 cleanliness with a bidet!Overall, friendly & attentive staff, delicious food and beautiful decor. Solid 5/5! Will come back again.
Very good ramen at the beach. Both my wife and I had the spicy miso ramen, which were both delicious. I love spicy, so I added additional saracha ($1) and chili paste ($2) and picked tofu as my protein. My wife likes spicy but not too hot, and the heat was perfect for her without adding any more spice. She had Shrimp with hers.We also had the vegetable dumplings as an app, a rotating draft (Dogfish- Where the Wild Hops Are) and a hot sake. $58 total before tip.Gotta hit Miyagi if you like Ramen. And if you haven't had real ramen yet, they have several different varieties to try.
When you first walk in, your greeted with a smile as if theyve known you for quite some time!! Its that kind of environment, neighborly. The menu is authentic and healthy options are available. Full of flavor and your choice of spice level. Bubble tea is absolute enjoyable. Have I mentioned the friendly staff! And the owners ae very welcoming. Highly recommend for a must stop and have a chat. While your there, enjoy the ambiance and the food!!
Cilantro is a great ingredient, but not everyone can accept the taste of cilantro. It would be even better if you could ask customers what ingredients they should avoid when they order.I have been to Japan many times, and I was fortunate enough to be in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture after the disaster. Your ramen can't compare to authentic Japanese local ramen, both in taste and service.
Fantastic food. Good drinks. Great staff
Great assortment of Ramen. Restaurant was kinda busy and service was a little bit slow.
When visiting Rehoboth Beach for an overnight trip, we decided to order pickup from Miyagi Ramen Bar near our Airbnb tiny house. We called to place an order and it was ready in twenty minutes. Ordering and pick up was super easy, but......the food was horrible. My wife ordered the tuna rice bowl and it lacked flavor, freshness and quality. She could only eat a few bites before stopping all together.I ordered the black garlic ramen and it was the worst ramen I've ever had. The noodles were stuck together making it a chore to eat. Despite the flavors, it tasted like water and the texture was off. I finished it out of duty. The space seemed great as were the staff, but we just didn't like the food.
Overall, the experience was pretty solid. Good amount of food for the prices. The only concern was the 2 pieces of hard plastic floating in my Ramen. Notified the waiter, but there didn't seem to be much of concern on his part. Said he let the kitchen know, but they didn't seem bothered either.
