Its McDonalds, parking, food, employees mostly very young, there is two entrances, the one on 24 is best entrance on heavy traffic days. They get a thumbs up.
The managers at this location are awful, no type of hospitality and no maturity. Your staff only does what you stand for . As I went there today I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe with extra mustard and they put extra everything on this sandwich to the point where you couldn’t even see the hamburger pattie I also got a spicy chicken deluxe and ask for extra sauce as well I took 4 napkins cleaning that sandwich and what was sad Is I only saw this after I got home but I did call the managers back. This isn’t the first time they messed up at this location and maybe it’s time for my family and I to stop supporting their business.
I came here at 10:00am on a Thursday. It’s Not often I come to a McDonald’s and get food cooked hot and perfect, friendly staff, and a super clean restaurant. I wish I lived closer. I’d come to this location every week
We waited a really long time for our food. There was a lobby full of people waiting alongside us and there was no one at the counter for maybe 10 minutes. The restroom was absolutely disgusting.
Not good on this visit to the drive thru. The order taker was rude, and what was to be 2 separate orders was all in 1 bag. I saw her rolling her eyes when I requested 2 separate bags at the pick up window. The 2 orders were still not correct, and they were out of bottled water. $23 later . . .
You can always count on the fish sandwich to be freshly made at lunch. The fries were also hot and fresh. Restaurant clean, tables sanitized between each guest.
We asked for an egg and cheese McGriddle, substitute round egg, the sticker on the sandwich even says so and yet they still put the fake folded egg on it. We ordered a plain biscuit, asked for butter and strawberry jam, none in the bag. Ordered hot cakes with syrup, no syrup or butter in the bag. Ordered two drinks, no straws in the bag. No utensils, I guess they think people eat pancakes with their hands these days. Didn’t even put any napkins in the bag, which confuses me because they obviously expected me to eat my pancakes with my hands, so where are the napkins? I would give a zero star rating but it wasn’t an option. I worked for McDonald’s my entire high school career and made 7.25 an hour doing so and still had pride in my work and job. And yet these people want 15 an hour to do nothing and act like it’s rocket science.
Always good food but tonight they forgot all the sauce we asked for. We got 16 nuggets and we had to drive around the drive thru again to get it and when we told them we were just back for sauce because it hadn't been put in the bag you would have thought we asked for the girl at the window to pay for the sauce out of her personal paycheck. Literally just said "ok" when we said there was no sauce.
went through the drive through last night after a 15 hour work shift so that I could just go home and chill. Ate the food on the way home, I couldn't really see it because it was around midnight, but it was cold . and I definitely bit into something weird that almost had the consistency of snot, but I thought maybe I'm being crazy...wnd shrugged it off. A couple hours pass by.... I'm sick to my stomach. I've been violently vomiting McDonald's food out of my body. I'm fixing to go to the hospital, I feel like death. y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Even for McDonald's this location is just not great. Anything you order is a total gamble of prep and quality. You may get a perfect quarter pounder or one that looks like someone played catch with the bread all torn up. Mioli seems to let this location fly by with middling quality due to volume.
