Would give zero stars. Our server was rude and disdainful. The food was nothing special. I got food poisoning from the ceviche. There are several better restaurants for Latin cuisine in the area. Also the drinks were absolutely garbage. Avoid at all cost.EDIT: To the owner, I sure will!! You can be as passive aggressive as you'd like. I had a negative experience at your establishment. You should be passionately trying to figure out how to prevent that from happening to other people. Be well.
I'm from LA, so when I vacation I don't look for Mexican food. But a friend raved about Mariachi, so I had to try. Was not disappointed, not your basic Mexican food but a tasting experience of Central America. Warm, friendly family atmosphere, fresh, fresh ingredients; step outside your experience, try the trout or the duck; nothing we sampled disappointed. And the 3rd pitcher of margaritas was as potent as the 1st. I wish I was staying in Rehoboth longer.
Absolutely excellent food!!! A unique selection that you don’t typically find in most Mexican restaurants. Wait staff was also very friendly and had a great knowledge of the menu. I would 100% recommended this place for lunch or dinner if you’re visiting Rehoboth beach. Also a plus that it is located relatively close to the board walk.
Went recently, with my wife,, to this place, been there few time prior covid. I had paella de mariscos, 27.00 . Includes 5, pieces of squid, 3 lg.shrimp, 5 sml mussels, some sml pieces of fish ,and 1 clam the size of a quarter! I called the waiter over ask,” only 1 clam?? He response was “ that’s how it comes!! “ ok, my wife dish was marisco saltados she asked if the can hold the hot pepper , we waiter said yes!! But it came out with the pepper making the dish hot!! Also, also ordered the white sangria , I asked to hold the the ice, and put the ice separate, the owners response was” we don’t hold ice “ ok, for 33.00 a pitcher , I wanted to make sure I’m not getting more ice ,then sangria. Well the sangria wasent iced down, we ordered 4 sml turnovers ,11.00 !! I thought the owner would say on the house, but she didn’t. Ok, oh, we also ordered the fried plantains. At, 6.00, the bill came to 102.00 plus the tip = 120.00 !! I understand that covid hurt a lot of business, we been to several restaurants in the area, and it seems like they are following suit , less food , more money, so again, the consumer pays the price,!! Most of these eateries are overpriced, before covid , but this prices are out of hand now, !! I will not, return to this eatery or many others. Many of my friends are saying the same thing about restaurants they visited. These businesses have to realize there not the only ones that feel the pinch, we the consumer, are also feeling it too!!,
Mariachi lived up to the reviews i read. The crab soup was really good, had a little bit of a kick but not to spicy. I usually get my standard favorite at a mexican restaurant “chimichangas” but today i tried roasted chicken with Durango sauce, hood choice. Our waiter Patrick was very pleasant and helpful with choosing an entree
As usual, we had another excellent meal with a family friend and my visiting sister. We shared 2 pupusas orders to begin our meal. Wonderful!!! I ordered the beef tongue, which has begun to be one of my two favorites and our family friend ordered my other favorite - the duck with olives. Superb! My sister and my husband got more conventional foods ( burritos and fajitas) but they were also delicious. Can’t wait to get back!
We came to celebrate my birthday. We love Mariachi’s it’s our favorite Mexican Restaurant. The drinks, the food I had the Salmon in Pacifico Sauce, and my husband had the Chicken Enchiladas. We started with the Pupusas, the best ones we have ever had. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our waiter was Bruno Augusta,he was terrific always smiling and checking on us. We dine there often, and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Cherry & Lynn
delicious food, great service!
Yummy veggie burrito with a festive mimosa - and there were lots of other temptations on the menu. Very happy to find excellent vegetarian food at the beach, especially in the off season.
We enjoyed our meal here so much that we ate twice here over a 4 day stay. Excellent food, I had chimichanga and enchilada meals both delicious. Margaritas were also great!
