This is our third time here. But first since pandemic and restaurants’ struggles with hiring, making ends meet, etc. Some restaurants don’t realize that trying to stretch the food costs is a huge mistake when times are tougher. First, though, the spicy pepper margarita was outstanding. The service may not have been stellar but it wasn’t noticeably bad. Didn’t like the high top backless stools outside but at least the seats themselves were comfortable (never mind my back, I guess—that’s one way to turn tables quicker but it’s insulting to guests—this isn’t grottos). The Kobe burger ordered medium come out well done. No life left in it at all. The ribeye was priced well at $31 and we found out why: it was practically a minute steak or more likely a breakfast steak at 3/8” thick. Zero seasoning but the thinness was the main surprise. How would they imagine a guest would perceive this presentation? Ordered med rare, came out well done. And yet, crab cakes were good. Not great but worth ordering. Chicken wings with dry rub and honey sauce were good. Trout dip was mostly cream cheese, barely any trout or smoke flavor at all. And chips accompanying it were practically burnt. In summary, the food was below par, way below our past experiences, but I’d come back just for that margarita and some wings maybe. I hate to complain to the waiter (or wait for a remake of an item) but I did complain about the burger and they took it off the tab without taking a beat.

Ate here for the first time and my pasta dish was excellent with a lot of fresh veggies. My partner really enjoyed the vegan burger and is trying to recreate it at home. Service was very good. Next time we would try to reserve one of the hightops outside.

The food was decent but it took close to 50 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. With so many food choices, we'll be trying someplace else for brunch next time.

Monte Cristo is my favorite sandwich, but sadly I don't think I'd call this a Monte Cristo. I was expecting it to be battered and fried like a traditional one, but instead it's pretty much just a ham and cheese french toast sandwich. The cheese also was piled up on just one side of the sandwich, leaving half of it to just be bread and ham.Still good, but disappointing. Hope they consider changing the recipe!

First time visiting Jab Bistro, great food, craft cocktails and service. The staff was friendly and attentive, would definitely recommend and visit again next time I'm in Rehoboth Beach

Not that they are aiming for Shabby Chic. It's just that the paint was worn and finger-smudged around door handles, light switches, etc. It's April; They've had all winter during the slow times to deal with those details. They pride them selves as a cocktail centric place and kudos for that. They have an extensive list of spirits infused with dozens of herbs, veggies, or spices . My partner loved her cucumber vodka martini, and I my amp-ed up ginger-y mule. I really liked my short-ribs entree! Loved, actually. Unfortunately, my partner was so blase' about her meal she can't remember it. Key lime pie dessert what more can I say. Divine. Our Server Great and knew his craft down pat

The service was good and the restaraunt was comfy. I really didn't like the food however, I got some mac n cheese... With cheese its on top. I mean I can see the idea, but they were just crumbled on top and it threw off the taste of the food.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Jam Bistro last night. The atmosphere is comfortable but casual and the fare was tasty. Our group enjoyed shrimp and grits and Chicken Cordon Bleu, ceasar salads and fantastic cornbread. Key lime pie topped the night. We'll be back!

Amazing food and great service!

Great food, drinks and Happy hour
