It was a really great experience! The food was great and the ice cream was fantastic! The service was good, too. We were so happy to find a Friendly’s! There are no more in Virginia. ?
we ate at here tonight we had a amazing experience. our waitress jaedyn was amazing she made sure our food was right was on our drinks. and checked on us. will be returning and asking for her again.

Had the beef stroganoff, was pleasantly surprised, it was good. My friend had a Reuben Melt, was good, but the fries were not, old and dry. Will come back for ice cream! Wish there was a breakfast! Zach did a good job! ?
I got a hot fudge Sunday small and spent 5$ that’s not even the worse part. It was so desiccating I almost threw up the chocolate was so bad and wasn’t even hot. Let’s not mention that the menu is so expensive for what, what ever they sell I can go to McDonald’s and get it 2$ cheaper
Came in for lunch today at 12:20pm. Waited 20 min for seating, which was fine. Were seated then waited another 25 min before waiter took our drinks order, and we ordered food then. 25 min later the waiter asked several questions about our order and we realized our order was being entered. We’ve now been here for over an hour with no food in sight. Took another 25 min for food to come and several items left out. Took 20 min more to get missing items, parts of main entree. Ordered ice cream before missing items were delivered. Waited 20 more min for ice cream, and some were half melted. We politely let the manager know we’d been here 2+ hrs and she apologized but didnt offer to take anything off the bill. My entree was not good quality.The waitstaff seemed like they were trying their best which is why I’d caution against going here, at least for a while until they’re truly up and running.
Went today to friendlys for my birthday. I walked in and asked for a table for 8. Immediately the hostess cashier lady her name was Lauren looked at me with pure disgust, looked at the other hostess and said “oh lord”. From the jump I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. If It wasn’t for my family driving nearly a hour to friendlys we would’ve left. The waitress we had was amazing and helped us to her best ability. As Lauren sat over at the counter with never a smile the entire 1 1/2 + we were there . Food was great. Deserts took over a half hour and all of them came out melted. I have loved friendly my entire life, and for my birthday wanted to come here, and it was a huge disappointment.
We were at store 5004 , my check # was 4287 .we had a lobster roll and lemon garlic lobster pasta and lobster bisque. It was awful go back to being Friendly's not upscale.
Just reopened...service still.getting it's footing.and service was a little slow but the food was good and the ice cream is always a grand slam
Have to say I am glad to see Friendlys is open again in Rehoboth Beach, no longer a franchise store it is a corporate run and very bravely opening on a holiday weekend With all new staff….. I must admit it is going through growing pains however to see the teamwork and the staff and how dedicated and hard-working they are, this store will thrive.The food is terrific it is a bit slow right now but that is to be expected I would say within the next week or so things will be exactly as they should be.The staff are always smiling and constantly on the go and the way they work together is great to see. The management team that is in place is always checking on tables and how things are. They are approachable and so ready to help and assist at any moment.THANK YOU FOR OPENING BACK UP!!!
