Had hot Cajun Fries and Veggie Sandwich after a stroll through the boardwalk on a cold December evening. This was one of the few shops opened at that time. Everything was hot and fresh. Customer Service was great.
I loved the burgers, fries, and milkshake but I don’t think I’ll be coming back because that’s not very sanitized. I understand having fun or whatever to keep the spirits up but this isn’t the way. I mean in the sink, next to the “sanitizing” sink compartment at that. The BBB would love this. (Actually have a video of the young lady taking a bath in the sink, furthermore undressing in the back.)
Kind of a strange experience here saturday afternoon. The woman taking our order ignored us initially walking in. She was muttering under her breath and kind of just paced around. When she did come to the register, she did not say a single word to my husband or myself. When she came to the register, she stood there and just looked at us without saying anything. After a few moments of her awkwardly staring at us, we placed our order. She didn't say a single word, handed us our receipt and walked away.
Good food but prices are a little crazy...however the burgers and fries are exceptional

Burgers on par with Burger King. Mediocre fries. Thrashers are better if comparing peanut oil fries. Jake’s Wayback Burgers better than any of these chains.
Burger could've been a 10 if the bread wasn't old. It just messed up everything. Fries were good and hot as requested. Store was clean in all areas and condiment section was well stocked.

We usually love 5 GUYS, but this time, we weren't pleased, as the burgers were overdone, partially burnt, and the fries were not crispy, they were soggy. Not to mention the fries portion was not as large, as we usually get with our order. Overall, not pleased with our order.
