Super long drive in wait. Walked inside though and five minutes later was walking out with breakfast. The lady working the register was a pro!
Went here and I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they gave me a frozen coffee, I’m very disappointed :(
Used drive through around 6am. Staff was friendy with quick service. My latte was perfect..hot & delicious ?
Please double check your orders. I ordered a hot chocolate with hazelnut and got an expresso shot instead. Order # 1314
If they had a 6th star, I’d give it. I stop here before work almost every morning. Even if the line is 20 cars long, I know I’ll only be waiting five minutes at most. At other drive-thru coffee spots (hey Starbucks), a line that long would take 30+ minutes. Staff is friendly, and they always get it right.

They made my coffee ☕ perfect! They were very busy in the drive-thru and in side. But inside was moving quickly.
I visited today and my food was normal but my donut was unusually small. I’m not sure if someone ran out of flour or if I’m getting fat and Jesus wants me to cut my portions. ??♀️The drive through staff is great but if you dare to walk inside you will be ignored, so I advise anyone to stay in the drive thru line. But even though the line can get extremely long outside it does tend to move fast.
Lately every employee I have seen is terrible, either the people you’re hiring don’t care at all and need to be fired or people don’t know how to train
Today went to dunkin asked for extra cream extra sugar but my coffee doesn't taste like how it should taste how does dunkin hire people that don't drink coffee and can't compete a order correctly... it seems like all fast food place can complete a order correctly but the people that know how to do a job correctly don't get interviews why pay them 15 a hour if they can't complete a order correctly... blows my mind how this system works in today world
