I've been enjoying Asian cuisines for years and Confucius has the best Chinese food, an impressive menu, and very pleasant and efficient staff.
If you're visiting and in the mood for Chinese, don't consider going anywhere else. We're full-time locals and Confucius is second to none. The food is always consistently excellent, and Danielle and crew are always hospitable and friendly.
My favorite restaurant at the beach! Absolutely love the food, very authentic, and the owner is so sweet. Definitely come here if you get the chance.
Outstanding food as always. We make a point to come here every time we visit Rehoboth. It is our favorite place to eat.
We tried thin skinned dumplings, pork and shrimp, chicken/ broccoli with black bean sauce, Peking duck, general tso chicken, triple crown, hot and sour soup, wonton soup, fried rice. Spring rolls, and much more. This was a take out order, order was perfect, quickly prepared and a good value.
After reading a few reviews we were excited to try this place out. It was a little on the pricier side so we had high expectations. The spring rolls had a foul odor when we took a bite into them. I thought maybe just my spring roll was a bit off, but the rest of the spring rolls produced the same odor and foul taste. We ordered the Triple Crown which was average at best. Disappointed to have spent that money on what was supposed to be the best Chinese in Rehoboth.
In my mind a true test of a Chinese restaurant is their General Tso's Chicken. It was excellent and quite a difference from our local take outs. Dining room was a bit cramped and loud, but overall a nice dining experience
If you like Chinese food do not miss dining here. The quality and flavors of each dish is outstanding. Food is served hot by a friendly and helpful staff.
Phenomenal!The wonton soup and Seafood Ala Confucius were terrific.Well worth your time and money.The owner is hands on and the waitress was spot on and very knowledgeable.
Some of the best quality food around. It is freshly made with the best ingredients. A big menu to please everyone in your party. I eat here every time I'm in town. I only wish they were in my local town since this is a rare quality Chinese Restaurant. The ginger chicken soup is by far my favorite, it has huge chunks of fresh cut ginger and other excellent homemade ingredients. It is well worth finding this special unique place. Every dish is just the best of the best.
