Good seasonal cocktails for cheap. The pic is of the tipsy shark and it even included 2 gummy sharks ? in each drink. Nice spot convenient to go to when shopping in the outlets or heading back to your hotel after a day at the beach. Good service. Great food. We got the current special 2 for $30 deal. Nice size portions. Just know bourbon street steak is actually chicken lol
3/4 kids meals had to be sent back because the pizzas were cold in the center and the cheese wasn't even melted. We haven't been in an Applebee's in years. The quality has gone down. The spinach artichoke dip just wasn't what it used to be and the burger meat tasted bad and like it was from a frozen pattie.I paid with cash and our waitress short - changed me and just walked away. I got her attention and questioned her about it and she belittled it because she thought it was a small amount of money. She said they don't carry change. For some reason she said the register was in the back- like that was an excuse not to get money from it. She said that no one has ever had a problem with it in the past. I'm not sure why she thought she could decide if I wanted my money back or not. The manager wouldn't come out to speak to me. Apparently they were short staffed and he was working on the "line". He offered, through her, to take my name to call me. I just walked out. I did not feel good about actually getting a call back and the issue needed to be resolved right there.Unfortunately, the waitress did not seem to understand that it wasn't the amount of money I was upset about, but the lack of transparency and integrity. Stealing is stealing and lack of character is lack of character. You don't get to decide if you're going to give people their money back or not.The change was supposed to be part of her tip. So I told her that she lost that part. I had a mental debate if I should have docked her more on tip (it would have been 20%) but I didn't. I'm not sure what will come of this experience for her, but I hope she can learn from it!
I went there today and Samuel is the absolute best server. He was so attentive, had an awesome memory without ever even writing one thing down. And mind you, I have 4 young kids who like to order on their own. Dinner couldn’t have been better!
Food is incredible!! I love their diverse menu and the prices are usually pretty good. I can't complain, its usually pretty good for an easy going meal.
The food was ok. I had to go find silverware for me and my daughter. They brought the food out without giving me any. Then I had to go find napkins. They didn't bring those either. I usually tip good like $10 or $20 but I only did the 15% this time.
This Applebee's location has substantially gone downhill in the last six months. The last to go order I got was the worse experience and food I've ever had there. It was supposed to be a carbside order, but no one came out when we pulled up. After waiting nearly ten minutes, my husband finally went in to get my order. The boneless wings that I got had no sauce on them. The macaroni and cheese was dry and clumped today with a lump of cheese on the top. I'm going to be very reluctant to return to this location anytime soon.
Greeter was bland with no smile and a shallow greeting.....waitress was pleasant. Last few visit has luke warm riblets and this asked to have them hot and our wait person made sure ....successful! However the french fries where barely warm and so not very enjoyable. This used to be our go to, the rapid quality decline, rising price and downsizing of the menu seems to have become non-competitive.
15 years later… I returned to Applebees! Gotta say undoubtedly this is still a solid chain. Water refills all day! Service was much better than the high end restaurants in the area. Food was consistent… Quesadilla burger still solid… if you want to take your family to get a cheap meal that will please all ages, this is the place. If you are looking for fancy, this ain’t the place!
The food was terrible the cook doesn't know how to cook at all. Then when I went to the bathroom the waitress (not ours) was using the handicapped stall as her phone booth and as someone who is disabled had to wait nearly 10 minutes for her to finish. She left the restroom without washing her hands. Just NASTY!
There's the onion rings you get for $8. Five rings, and one was tiny. Order was all wrong - for some reason that didn't bother me as much as the $1.50 per ring.
