Great damn wings... Love the voodoo fries.. great variety of wing flavors
I asked for breaded wings and they said ok. Take so long to get my order and of course the wings wasn't breaded. I asked for hot sauce on the side but they put them on the wings. They wasn't bad but I had definitely better before.
Nothing but Tyson nuggets and ore ida fries with sugar salt
Never had a problem until today when I got notified AT THE TIME the delivery driver went to pick up my order, that my order had been canceled and they won't answer the phone when I call.
Guess the store doesn’t think I like fries with my wings. This is ridiculous. This location lacks professionalism. Bunch of careless kids focused more on their derogatory music than upholding basic standards.
This place is normally "ok" not good, not bad... I enjoy the flavors they have for sauces but today was horrible, the wings were literally smaller than my thumb and the fries were uncooked in the middle... this is terrible... to be fair to them I didn't see until I got home, and haven't reached out them asking to make it better. Go here at your own risk.
Great wings, great customer service. They got like 10 different lemonade in the machine I tried the peach jawn it was bussing. Highly recommend
I asked for my chicken to to be WELL DONE !! Not this fake magazine lightly golden stuff. What did I get LIGHTLY GOLDEN. I specifically said I want my chicken a almost dark brown but not burnt. I ordered 10 Lemon Pepper and 10 Garlic Parm. 26.00 wasted. I ended having to recook my food in my own oven. That’s not what I paid for nor asked for. I asked for a almost dark brown. That’s well done.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! And very dirty restaurant. Employees were unproductive. I brought a fountain drink and they literally had no beverages available except for a HighC. This Wingstop needs to do better.
Made an order from DoorDash and the store forgot the 5 additional wings I ordered, however, I’m giving 5 stars because of their exceptional customer service when I called about the error. Jacob was so polite and attentive! He quickly resolved the issue and I will be back again! :)
