The ordering process via drive through was tedious. I ordered a bacon double stack, but was told it was discontinued. Therefore, I asked to order a double stack with bacon added to it and the employee decided to make the effort to act inconvenienced and complain to his coworkers while the mic was on. The burger seemed slapped together and the fries weren't even warm. The nuggets were good though and received the food quick after the arduous task of placing the order.
I went there a little earlier today, probably about an hour or two ago, the manager at the window was awesome, so we're all the highschool boys working there , everyone had great positive vibes and energy. My food was Fresh! I got 2 4for4's , the bacon was good, it wasn't all old and crunchy. Great experience! Will be back soon and referring others .
The cashier was extremely friendly! They mixed up my drink for a diet though, I didn't quite understand if they told me that
Horrible customer service!!! I placed a mobile order at 945 pm on March 23rd and all I was told was to pull to the window. The entire time I was never greeted. There were at least 3 employees just standing at the window. When my food was finished the man just handed me my food with no hello ,thank you, or have a nice day.
Love this place. Great burgers, some different choices then average. It's my go to! Been going many years. My order has only been wrong or under par a handful of times.
Almost always fast and efficient drive thru service. Orders are always accurate. Biggest down side is that late night orders have about a 25%-40% chance of them giving you food that is a little on the old side. If they made sure to keep the product fresh and not overcooked, I would have given a 5 star review. Excellent fast food objectively speaking!
$5 combo is an outstanding bargain. You get a bacon cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets, french fries and a drink for literally five bucks. Five bucks. Not to be missed, and that cheaper than most other places have a sandwich alone.
We ordered at the drive thru. The woman asked me 3 times if I wanted cheese on the plain hamburger I ordered, and I replied no each time.Parked in the lot to eat and the hamburger had cheese. Went inside to get the burger replaced. The manager was apologetic and replaced it no problem.Returned to car to start eating. No napkins. Finished our meal and started opened our frosty, no spoons. Had to scoop it out with our straws.All in all a perfectly awful experience. I will not be returning to a Wendy’s.
ok so usually this Wendy's is decently efficient. Like maybe only one thing was wrong in your order instead of multiple things.This lil staff they have right now really could just go, they all young and ratchet and playing around at the counter, took them like 4 whole minutes to see I was at the counter waiting to order, and the lil girr was still rude when she approached me.Come on yall can do better?
Hot fast food.Chicken sandwiches are above par. Fries are DELIGHTFUL-!Great value.
