Thanks for completely messing up my orderI ordered a small fry that I didn't get, ordered a baconator got the son of baconator instead,fries were cold, and I ordered a medium Mello Yello and received a small lemonade oh and didn't get a Receipt so I could see if I was charged for any of the mistakes made
Notorious for forgetting sauces. Always open the bag and look before leaving. They will promise you that it’s in the bag and then you will go home and eat dry nuggets. Stop forgetting the sauces. It’s really not that difficult!!!!!! Every single time!!!!! Not one time have they remembered.
I'll start on a positive note and say the food was great no issues there but the service was not great the guy taking my order seemed like he wasn't even paying attention had to repeat my order multiple times and he still got it wrong. Then gets my order ready and it just sits there until a few minutes later then decided to tell me it was ready
The young boy at the drive thru was impatient and rude. My burger fell apart as soon as I bit into it.
Wendys at Chestnut Hill Plaza is a very good place for Breakfast or lunch. The service in the MORNING from Monday til Saturday is great because the Manager Mayra is on board to make sure everything runs smoothly & the orders are correct. I can always tell when Mayra isnt working. GREAT FOOD/GREAT SERVICE. This place has really improved since Mayra came aboard.
Sold out of Chili. Got $4 deal instead. Food was hot.
I ordered a meal online through the app thinking when i arrived i could go inside or have them bring out my order. Instead i had to wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins. By that time my food was cold. Why use the app if you still have to wait in the drive thru line?
Drive thru is incredibly slow. 20 minute wait, got to the screen to order the guy sounded depressed, sounded irritated when we ordered a second meal. Manager was at the first window, didn't look st us for 5 minutes. Opened the window , said you paying with a car pull up to the next window. I also don't understand why is the dining room closed in a shopping center with fully opened businesses and restaurants. Won't be back. Will tell everybody to avoid.

Pulled in 12:42am, business hours say closed at 1am. No one was able to take my order, claimed mics shut off. False advertisement; if hours say 1am, stay open until then!
