Great staff here mozzarella sticks was so delicious and cheesy I had to get the orders of them the happy hour is very fair drinks are good I had a Diddy on the beach ?️ which was very needed now I'm an about to destroy this Cajun chicken and ? pasta which I recommend and will be leaving a nice tip for Kayla she was our waitress tonight she is very professional and keeps you smiling I would also recommend her because how hard she works and to keep you satisfied
The 3 star is really for service. It was slow slow slow. We waited for a while for our drinks from the bar. Even though we were at a table some of us and friends went over to the bar and got drinks right away. We waited for our food.. waited for our check. And our table never got cleared once. The food was great the drinks was great but service was slowwwwww. Was not busy Bathroom was dirty. Got here around 230.. leaving at 445 .
Food was pretty good. Nothing special, but not bad. Staff was friendly.
We had a party of 8 last night (Friday Feb 25) for a birthday. The first two restaurants we went to treated us terribly while trying to be seated so we left and didn’t know what to do. So one of us in the party called TGI Fridays and a man who answered said they would be able to take care of us. As soon as we get there 15 minutes later we got sat within two minutes. The food was quick to come out, the waitresses (one waitress and one very lovely trainee) were SO attentive and kind and wonderful and the food was perfect for all of us. We always eat out as a family to celebrate birthdays and after our amazing service last night, we’ve decided to make TGI Fridays our go to. Thank you for saving the birthday dinner and for making us feel like human beings, we are grateful!
It's just okay. Appetizer was the best part of the meal. My son didn't like the chicken fingers, and my chicken sandwich was mediocre. Our drinks ran out, didn't get a refill till right before the check was brought out. Applebee's is definitely a better choice.
I visited 2 weeks ago and the food and service were great. My waiter...I think his name was Cody... did an awesome job making sure everything was up to par and if I needed anything else. PS...that pretzel appetizer is fantastic!
I have not been here in years. So I ordered my usual appetizer. Shrimp was overcooked, chicken was salty and no complaint on the ribs. My son ordered the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta which was one of my favorite and that was blah to me. My dad had a cheeseburger. It was sent back because it was definitely not "medium well". When they returned with a new burger, I took a bite and my hope for tgif was restored. The burger was pretty goodThe only thing that was perfect and tasted like how I remembered then food was the darn house salad. I know that they are short staff, but we were waiting to be seated for so long. So much so that I called (while standing in front hostess station) the young lady answered and i looked at her and said, we would like to be seated. She looked at the phone and looked at me with confusion. Needless to say we got seated faster by having to unfortunately call whilr inside the building.
Ordered $93 in food. My food was given out to door dash before I arrived. Then the guy comes back with my food while I’m waiting and they were going to give it to me till I bugged and they made new food. Now I’m worried they are gonna mess with my food cause I didn’t want old Covid handled food by some person in their car before they realized it wasn’t their food. My wife tipped them $10 dollars online cause they force u to tip when u order online. Then this? On top of it nothing was done and I was charged extra when I asked for more whiskey glaze….the only reason we come anyway. Ridiculous service here. While I was talking to server about it bartender yelled at me to just wait. Nice job folks. I think I will work on my culinary skills and learn to make that glaze. Thanks for the inspiration.
