Order #966904. Went to bite into my beefy 5 layer burrito and it was nothing but the beef and taco cheese. My chalupa supreme had no tomatoes which wasn’t as big of a deal. But come on, who wants to bite into a taco they think has its toppings just to eat beef on a tortilla. Who wants to waste money on that????? Staff acted as if they didn’t want to work so it explains a lot.
The 2 tacos were good, but my one scoop of beans burrito wad a joke. See the pictures...Why would you skimp on something as cheap as beans, and tell your regular customer one scoo of beans is all you get.There is no consistency, and if this is how they make their bean burrito, I guarantee you I wouldn't have bought several last week.Nonexisting customer service, and the counterpeple tried to tell marie it was light, but she insisted in an embarrassing way, and everybody in the restaurant heard the whole thing. ?
usually my order is correct. today however, it was way off. Instead of 3 crunchy tacos I got 3 soft tacos. Didn't discover it till I got home.
Gone to this location quite a bit. Lately the lack of service when you go in for carry out is awful. Dining area soda station usually messy. Last time I ordered though was worst experience yet. Staff not friendly at all. They weren’t rude but made me feel unwelcome. Tacos were made incorrectly and dining area so messy wish I hadn’t ordered and paid ahead of time on app because I would of went somewhere else.
Solid service. Always check your bag before taking off -- *not* intentional, but sometimes they forget things in your order. Whoever's working the drive-thru KNOWS what they're doing. That's a big deal (& rare in fast food).
It was very busy at taco bell. Almost got everything I ordered. Clerk forgot the sauce. I wasn't going to wait in line for the sauces. I'll just have to remember to check the bag before I leave the window.
So my partner and I drive the extra miles to get this one. And spend the extra gas money because of the following reasons :1. Consistent with great quality food (no matter the time of day we've gone the Cinnamon Twists have been phenomenal for example)2. Wonderful friendly service, and no matter how busy you feel like a person they want to help not just 'oh here's another potential Karen encounter'3. The one or two times there was a hiccup no fuss fixes!!!WhatEVER you guys are doing please keep it up!!! YOU GUYS ARE PHENOMENAL!!!Also if the owner of this franchise reads this THEY DESERVE A RAISE YOUR WORKERS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
It's Taco Bell that's how it was it was like going to Taco Bell. You can go there for Mexican food and leave with mud in a white starchy wrapper, and yet it's always crowded go figure. My daughter wanted to go there for dinner, she ordered I did not.
Was weird not really having to deal with a person. This new world sucks.
Our order was missing TWO cinnamon twists, a whole cheesy gordita crunch (substituted w/a hard taco), no jalapeno sauce on the quesadilla, baha blast syrup I suppose was out, because it tasted like seltzer water. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION, THEY SUCK!
