Had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I went through the drive thru and paid for my drinks, while i was waiting another employee approached me, I believe his name was Kris, and said he couldn’t find my order. He tried to make me pay again and when I told him I’d already paid and what drinks were in my order he accused me of going through the line without ordering and trying to scam them out of free drinks. He was incredibly rude after the employee who actually rang us up told him she was making my drink. He did apologize after I’d waited over 10 minutes for my order, however his tone did not make him sound very sorry for accusing me of stealing.
This location has gone downhill. The wait for inside for mobile orders is ridiculous. I saw one of the Barista's start and stop making my drink at least 2 different times to work on something else. Furthermore, I saw them drop the whipcream container on the floor, nozzle hitting the ground. They didn't even wipe it off, just put it right back on the counter. Gross
Today I was at your Glasgow DE Starbucks on rt 40 and had the most horrible experience. Your store manager Jen or Jan was rude and nasty all because I asked to speak with her about a experience that happened at her store 2 mornings ago. So the manager comes to the drive up window and with the nastiest face was like WHAT...I said do you remember me still in a nasty tone she said yes. I wanted to explain to her what happened 2 days ago but she didn't give me a chance and proceeded to tell me that I was rude to ask for a refund and that she burned her had making my coffee. I said I asked for a refund because of how you made my coffee and didn't feel safe taking the coffee. Instead of having to argue with you I left with my refund. The nasty manager proceeded to still be rude towards me and when I couldn't take anymore I started back at her. She said because I was being nasty with her she slammed the drive up window closed and said we don't have to serve your kind..she also said that she was going to call the police attempting to intimidate me if I didn't leave..of course I didn't leave because I'm not scared of the police and I didn't do anything wrong...you need to really look at the people you hire at your stores
I was just handed this cup full of pressed soil water (taste and visual) instead of a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Notice how the app says sold out? I figured that out after the fact. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Do NOT order venti hot drinks from this store. You will get a grande in a venti cup... every.. single.. time..
Always came to this location these past 3 years, all staff were great until they started going back to collage. Now they open late all the time and drinks aren’t made good anymore. Needs new management or something.
Been here a handful of times. Coffee is good; gets the job done. But what’s irritating is that they lock doors an hour before what’s listed on google and the door. I get they’re not busy but either management doesn’t know they’re closing up a chain coffee shop and hour early or someone needs to update the hours on google.
I was at this location that I’ve been going for years and never had a bad experience until the last few months, my coffee was cold, my latte wasn’t made right and my banana nut bread was stale. I have taken into consideration staffing due to pandemic and called to speak to a supervisor which they hang up the on me every time I asked for a supervisor.
Ordered a venti latte and got cup that was half full. Waste of money.
This place is super frustrating. The car in front of me was at the window for almost 10 minutes. My drink sat on the counter that entire time. And my extra whip cream was milk. Then since it's drive through only I could not speak to someone about it and they don't answer the phone. Save your 30 mins in that line.
