On the way through, ordered my coffee, waited 15 minutes thinking that people were still in front of me waiting for their item(s), when the barista started twiddling his thumbs I realized that I wasn't getting my drink...I went up to the cashier who asked me if I \\\"needed anything else\\\" and I told her I never got my drink but I needed to run back to my bus. I reminded her my name and asked to refund me but they never did. Now I have to go through a charge back with my credit card company. Amazing...
Super slow. My bus almost left without me because I had to wait almost 10mins after paying to get 1 cup of hot coffee with milk. They weren't even busy as there were only 2 other simple orders before me. Can't even imagine ordering when they're actually busy.
I believe the hours of this location should be updated. The three associates that were present this evening turned away a large group of customers. Although we pointed out the closing time, the young man and woman were more concerned with having their backs to us and leaving. She was heard saying “Let’s hurry before someone else asks us a question.” Again, not sure why they were suddenly closed or unable to serve, but the confusion at such a frequented place is not really acceptable. Been driving about 6 hours and needed a pick me up without an additional stop,

I go to Starbucks once a day at the minimum.The store inside the Biden welcome center has to be the worst. Older lady taking order was very rude. The sandwich I ordered was wrong. My cold brew was water down. Overall a horrible experience.
Literally standing in line for over 30 mins. These people are the slowest most incompetent people I've ever seen working at a Starbucks.Ive seen 5 people walk out of line in the past 10 mins
I come to this starbucks for drop off of my kids every other weekend. This place is NEVER OPEN. I mean it is 6pm and this place is closed at a rest stop.
This place charged me 5 dollars for q cup of house coffee and then for some reason forgot to pour it and then for another more mysterious reason refused to serve or refund me?? I'm pretty sure this is considered theft in this great country.. maybe Joe biden can clarify this next time he is home...
I ordered two coffees and they got that wrong. Also I have food allergies, so I couldn’t even drink my wrongly made coffee
The staff is friendly and helpful. But their latte is not on par with other Starbucks. They are open when most of the other businesses in the plaza are closed.
