I wanna write a critical comment about the administrative policies held in this Starbucks location. It is kept really cold on purpose via AC no matter what the outside temperature is, probably with the aim making customers leave asap. 3 years ago, I could enjoy my coffee and study here with no problem, but it's getting impossible due to the freezing cold inside.Disclaimer: I have no problem with the Starbucks workers. They're doing the best they can. This temperature policy is apparently on the administration here.

Open… but they only take mobile orders. I ordered one coffee and the barista said they were running 50 mins behind the estimated app pickup. Nice, so that’s an hour to make a single coffee. I had work this day so I couldn’t afford to wait an hour long. I asked if I could cancel my order and I couldn’t at the store because they are short staffed and the register is “closed.” However, they still use it for people on OCMP. Last month they would scream at me if I didn’t have a mask on for a second but there’s more people packed in there then at my frat parties. Figure it out.

Forget Covid, this store is so packed during semesters that you might catch STD with your half an hour late mocha. Yes, it might be 5 mins, it might be 30 if you are there after the bell.I feel bad for people that work there, nice people that are thrown under the bus by their manager dealing with the wave of students.

Open... But you can't order.Incredibly you can sit inside but they insist that you download the app to order. Even thought they have a staff member at the counter instructing people of the change.

Friendly efficient baristas making your day brighter!

waitted 30 minutes after the estimated time for a pouring out hot coffee

Long lines but its to be expected when you live on a college campus. Never the less, great friendly service at top notch speed.

Sometimes you need to order from the app and it take a lot of time to have your coffee.

If you have the time and resources, go to another Starbucks. This one routinely messes up my order. I only go here because the one in Glasgow is closed for repairs. But no more! One day they get the order right the next day, different crew, the order is a mess. They gave me a drink that looked like dishwater when I ordered one of the fruit Refreshers. When I inquire, “It’s just missing the fruit…I made it myself…it taste the same”! The fruit adds the color and nutritional value that I paid for and not once did they give me the opportunity to say that I didn’t want it. But I didn’t argue; I opted for a refund. After a few similar screw ups, I stopped going for a while but tried it again once the Starbucks in Glasgow closed for repairs. Today I ordered the Apple Crisp macchiato for my husband (the same drink I ordered yesterday) but today there is no apple taste or smell. I ordered the usual Carmel Macchiato and today it taste and smell terrible, not like caramel but more like burnt milk and metallic. So you say, just go back in the store and get your money back. I am coming from work, tired and not the confrontational type. I just want a good product the first time. And how many times do I repeatedly ask for refund? I can’t ever remember needing to get a refund at Dunkin Donuts or McDonald as many times I’ve needed to get one from this store. For the prices Starbucks customers pay and promises made by the company, a quality product should always be the end result. Well you might say again, make a corporate complaint. I tried that too. After the second time I was given a dishwater drink, I emailed corporate. I was promised a refund/points that I never received. The drinks improved for a season but now they are back to their old habits. I was offered a third dishwater drink but once I complained to the store manager fruit miraculously appeared from the back. It is extremely obviously that turnover, poor customer service and poor training is a habitual problem at this location.
