Beware, Don't go to this Starbucks! If you want to start your day right.If I wait and order when I arrive I can get my coffee and eggs quicker than I can through the mobile app. I've been asked to order 10 minutes in advance which makes no sense, then my eggs are cold. I really don't need BS starting my day. Guess I'll be going to Dunkin.
I got a venti size of Caramel Brulee Latte with an extra shot, and it's taste was a little bit different from my previous order at other locations, more like Caramel Mchiato.
Coffee was horrible. Staff aren't taking their time to make ur order n u gotta pay so much for it
35 mins for a flat white coffee. amazingly fast.
This starbucks is very hit and miss 8/10 times you'll most likely be re-ordering your drink unless it's a very basic order like " " Frappuccino or americano or " " late. But the second you start customizing fugget about it you'll definitely find yourself at the window either with multiple things wrong or the wrong size or it's cold instead of hot. This starbucks used to be great the baristas were very nice and would even memorize me and my wifes order. But now im amazed if they even spell the name on my cup correctly went from my favorite starbucks to just a conveniently located one. R.I.P

I love Starbucks in general but had a really annoying experience with this one. Did a mobile order and it gave me a time for pick-up. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. Coffee cups didn't have the names facing outward so you can see names. This is important during COVID because don't want people touching my cup only to realize it's not theirs. Likewise, I don't want to touch other people's cups. My order was late and never got my sandwich. Meanwhile a guy walked in and did a counter order and got his before me AND the priority for the staff seemed to be drive-thru and not mobile orders or walk-ins. The manager ended up refunding me but this was a total time-waster AND left a bad impression. I will not patronize this location again.
Drive thru backs up really quickly, but for the most part the staff keeps the line moving pretty quick.
If I wanted to wait four hours for coffee, I'll drive to New York and go to a coffee shop. Trash.
Betsy is absolutely amazing!! Every time my son and I patron this store, we are always greeted and treated with love! She is such a friendly face that relates to everyone. I wish there were more people like her that displays such a wonderfully warm and kind personality. ❤
