Best ice cream in the region
Ice cream too sweet for my taste.
There are so many delicious flavors to choose from! I recommend Cowabunga for salted caramel fans. This place is literally on a farm with picnic tables, it is a beautiful setting. Super friendly staff, too!
Love that there is a great ice cream place so close by! Motor oil was excellent, and gross looking. Just close your eyes when you eat it.
A different and pleasant experience to have icecream in presence of cow. The icecream is delicious.Salted Caramel was the best.
We stopped here for some ice cream one evening. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable ($3 single scoop). Ice cream was excellent...creamy and refreshing. We had the black raspberry, cotton candy and the butter pecan. Serving sizes were good for price paid. Everyone enjoyed their selection. Overall, another good experience with Somerset Farm. This is just a small take-out window with some picnic tables alongside a cow pasture and a gravel parking lot. It is nothing fancy, but it is a nice family friendly atmosphere and a great place to grab some of Woodside Farm's delicious ice cream without having to make the drive all the way over to Hockessin. Prices are reasonable ($3, $4.25, $5.25 for 1-2-3 scoops; add a dollar if you want a waffle cone). CASH ONLY. Highly recommended.
Great, homemade ice cream
Great ice cream and plenty of picnic tables and chairs spaced apart from each other. Employees are very pleasant and helpful . Like being able to sit, eat your ice cream and watch the cows ? in the pasture right there?
