I had a terrible experience here. There is an older gentleman, which is a generous description of him based of how he treated me, who was extremely disrespectful to me on my way out of the restaurant. I am not sure if he is the owner or manager but I will never return to this establishment and advise all my friends to go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars for a review I would!
The best word to describe my experience is “snap” because eating this delicious pizza was gone in a snap! Every bite you can taste the freshness with every personal handcrafted choices you make. The cauliflower crust was crisp and it had a snap! The sauce had a snap! And what is amazing about my experience I am new to the vegan lifestyle so to see that they offer vegan cheese with all of the healthy options! I am really fulfilled with flavors still overpowering my taste buds.While on the other hand when I say “snap” the pizza only lasted for a snap lol! My children had the pepperoni and sausage pizza and well they were still hungry. So my only critique is make the pizzas bigger or have different sizes. I ate my entire pizza to myself.In conclusion, the food speaks for itself and I give it a 5 star rating! This would be a great brunch spot especially if you wanna eat fresh and feel sluggish after eating. And try to slow down because the food will be gone in a snap!
My favorite pizza place in the Newark area. The amounts and varieties of custom toppings are great for pizzas, salads, and bowls. All the pizzas are flatbread, but there are gluten free and cauliflower crust versions. Then there are about 6 types of sauces, at least 6 types of cheeses, 6 types of meats, a dozen or more vegetable options and finishing touches for the custom pizzas. All available for one custom pizza price. Only increase for custom pizzas is in the crust alternatives. Salads are similar, selection from several types of greens, cheeses, proteins, vegetables and extras asking with some nice dressing choices.Standard specialty pizzas are also all very tasty and have a good selection of options. A few less options for standard salads, but all the ones I've tried are good.Highly recommend giving this place a try if you like pizzas and salads.
Pizza was good but my girlfriend and I both got a limited amount of toppings and not all the toppings we asked for. There was almost no sauce and it looks like it was made in 2 mins. I don’t recommend!

Staff is friendly and the pizza is great. Thin crust but with a lot of good topping options.
I really wish it wasn’t this bad. Paid over 16 dollars for a pizza for it to be cold, taste weird and not even have everything on it. Was expecting a whole lot more given the price and wait for it. Don’t get the hype and won’t be going back again

I may have just ordered our last pizzas ever from Snap.We have spent hundreds of dollars and ordered dozens of pizzas from Snap, however tonight's experience was terrible enough that I am not sure we will ever go again. We were given the wrong order, and because Wednesday is so busy because Main street is closed, there was no chance for us to get the correct order. I understand accidents happen, but after calling the store multiple times over an hour, and having the phone go to a full voice mail, someone finally answered. Well, this employee could NOT have had LESS sympathy for our plight, and had NO interest in trying to make the situation right. They couldn't even guarantee when we would get our refund and told us to just "check our credit card statement".I truly am sad that a place that we have enjoyed often in the past has let their quality control and service fall so low. I guess we'll be getting our pizza elsewhere from now on.You have been warned!
The worse customer service I have ever experienced . I order snap pizza pretty often , I do admit the food is good. That being said I sent my girlfriend in today to get our order with no one else being in the store and she walked out with our two pizza’s. When we got home we realized we were handed the wrong pizza’s. She called and apologized multiple times about it , later being told to come back to replace them. Soon after walking in the staff completely embarrassed her by saying “because of you this kind gentleman has to wait” in front of everyone when she was already super embarrassed and apologizing every second. I will never go to snap pizza again and whenever it’s brought up I will strongly negatively urge against it.
