Celebrated my son's 12th birthday ? and had a great time! Breanne was our server and she was excellent ?. As posted in pics, we ordered Snow Crab Legs (1lb), Seafarer's Feast, Crispy Brussel Sprouts & Red shrimp Skewers (not posted). The lovely servers ended the night by singing Happy Birthday and presented my son with a brownie and ice cream dessert. Thank you all for making this evening extra special.
Food was good.Was not happy with the seating.I wanted to sit near the window. The restaurant was not full but they denied me the privilege.I thought that was a prejudice.They did finally allowed us to sit near a window.
The dining was pleasant and the staff was very courteous! The best food we’ve had there in awhile. Made for a very lovely early Mother’s Day dinner with my son
I understand everywhere is short staffed right now. We weren't upset. But we waited 45min for a reservation just to come in and find out they have been seating people who came in after us. The lady up front took our number but never called. However they seated us right away when we got inside and our waitress Bre was so amazing and sweet. Wish the cream of crab soup had some actual crab chunks in it but besides that, our experience was decent.

I have eaten to go tons of times from many places. I am use to never getting any special order as I request, or them for getting something. Red lobster is not that. We ordered online and our food was hot and on time for our pick up. I ordered extra sauce for the shrimp and added heavy tomatoes to my ceasar salad. Boy did I get it. I am extremely happy with them. They are severely under staffed and still delivered. I will be back.
Great experience last night at Red Lobster, our server was Cody and he was brilliant, make sure you ask for him (we will next time we go, you won't regret it, very pleasant chap), made sure the drinks were never empty, and that the biscuit baskets kept arriving. Food was delicious. Will definitely return.
My first red lobster visit. This was located opposite my hotel so thought had to try. It was not too busy. I was sat down in a booth very quickly. There was a tablet there where you could play games etc… which look good if you had to keep kids entertained. The waitress was really nice bought over some biscuits and took a drinks order and it was not long before that arrived and I was ready for order ring food. I went for the 3 course for $15.99. Lobster soup, prawn cocktail and shrimp bowl. It was really good.
Came here for my dad’s birthday on a Thursday evening around 5pm. The wait was about 10 minutes and there was a sign on the door warning patrons that they were extremely short staffed. When we were waiting though, we saw about 4-5 people people there for orientation who literally within a few minutes were shadowing the waiters (ours included). The food was tasty and warm and bought out right on time. Our waitress was waiting about 5-6 other tables and still did a great job with us. All in all a great evening out!
