I regularly order from here, but the last time I ordered I noticed a small thing that looked like mold on the bread. I reported it to ud dining.
The lady at the counter stared at me and told me I have to go over to a kiosk that EVERYBODY ELSE was touching (& nobody was cleaning) to place my order instead of just directly taking it herself. I know it might not be her fault and it's the stores policy's, but how does any of this makes sense? And it's inside of some college campus cafeteria. Good luck finding parking. Save yourself the trip, frustration and hassle. Just go to McDonald's or a waffle house. I think they still take your order in person & over the counter.

Cold, over priced, terrible quality. Completely disrespectful to the customer on the quality they serve. Would rather eat out of a McDonald's trash can.
The roast beef sandwich was truly outstanding. The sauce made the sandwich delicious and I’m going to continue eating at these fat food restaurants.
