Placed an order on the app and received food 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. App said they didn’t have all the expected ingredients but wouldn’t say which ingredients were missing. There seemed to be about 3 people working. The staff appeared to handle food quite roughly, especially quesadillas. Haphazardly tossing them in with the spatula.I saw about 4 people wait for an order on the app, while there was virtually no one ordering food in person. Maybe only 3-5 people in the 15 minutes I waited.Sat at a table with a person who waited 20 minutes after the order said it would be done.After I finally got my food, they didn’t include the sides for the quesadilla.Never been to a Qdoba this disappointing. Should’ve read the reviews.
Ordered a rice bowl, quesadilla and a mac & queso bowl. I was instead given the quesadilla and TWO mac & queso bowls instead of my rice bowl. This has happened twice, and the second bowl seems like they emptied the remaining scraps and GARBAGE from meat into it. Photos show gristle, fat, burnt skin. No actual meat here at all.Please get it together and start actually reading the orders and give real, clean meat. Almost no meat in the other items. Either fire people or train them not to be slobs.
Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. Very clean. Quality for your money. I would suggest going here and I will visit again.
I will no longer be going to this establishment. I did an online order from them twice this week and both times had missing items. They first forgot my order of chips and drink the first time. Then I had a missing steak bowl and two order of chips the second time. I drive over 20 minutes to come here and they just seem to never get my order right. I tried calling to speak to a manger but nobody answered the phone. Very disappointed
I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! the manager Michaela (I hope that’s how you spell it) and the other employees are always smiling and making my day. I work nearby so I visit their restaurant very frequently and it’s now the only place i’ll go. they keep it moving despite the heavy traffic and seem to have a good working flow and relationship. the food is always always great and I have no complaints. if there were more than 5 stars id give them all.
I ordered food from here yesterday and what I received was old guacamole and meat that looked like it was reheated a bunch of times. The brisket was chewy and hard. The guacamole was brown. This food was a waste of money because I definitely did not allow my family to eat any of it.
After initially not getting our order correct and calling them to let them know, General Manager was EXTREMELY nice and VERY accommodating and told us to return the next day or so to remedy the mistake. Came in tonight and Michaela (hope I’m spelling her name right) went above and beyond and was very helpful. We received a remake of our order for free. Beside the initial frustration over all a great experience highly recommended. Food tastes great.
Location does not pay attention to online orders!I ordered a chicken bowl and chicken quesadilla. Instead I was given near RAW PORK IN BOTH! Completely inedible, smelled horrible as well, not like regular raw pork. This is dangerous and could of made someone very sick. Someone paid no attention, jalapenos and onions were miss too.Always get a full refund from the food delivery service if they mess up, this is unacceptable.
Used to come here daily until they started being stingy with the food portions. Tables are never cleaned after Customers, eating inn your car is cleaner. The attitude of the staff doesn't help either, they'll rather throw food in the garbage. I think they enjoy charging extra when there's no need.
Food was solid fast casual. Had the impossible bowl. Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful, even with a line out the door. I appreciate how quickly they got the order put together. Thank you!
