The lady I talked on the phone tonight with told me they are not doing delivery so I said that’s fine I was going to pick up anyway. As soon as I said this she immediately hung up the phone! I had to call back 4 times to finally get and answer again and then she changed her opening to no orders at all. I just told her it would’ve been nice to say this in the first place then you hanging up. She claimed it wasn’t her. Overall terrible customer service!!! At least change the hours of operation if you close early!!!
The Manager Who claims her name was JOJO was extremely rude and did not accommodate my order at all. Instead of notifying me that something was unavailable they decided to send me something else that i dont eat at all. When i called to explain that i dont eat this dressing that she sent she proceeded to tell me that i could go to the store and by my own LOL that tickled me. She had no idea who she was dealing with. But she did notify me that both her and the general manger would be available tomorrow so i guess we can deal with it then speak to you all soon.
This has been our regular spot to order pickup from for the last 20 years. The drive-thru pickup window is a great convenience. Ordering online is easy and you get great discounts when you order often.Staff is always courteous and prompt. The food is consistently good. We get the cheesesteaks, fries and pizza and every order we've ever gotten has been perfect. My dad would get the fish platter from here, he always loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well they use, to be good place to order from, but there, delivery service gotten terrible. I call back to ad to my order and to tell them that my sandwich was made incorrectly and I ask them to ad something extra along with correction of my sandwich. They said ok. Call back twice, first time they said driver on his way, second time, they said just went out the door. It took the 1 hour an 50 minute to fix my order. It took them that long, to deliver my order, I’ve been a long time customer.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I got boneless wings, mild, and they had to be the most disgusting tasting, smelling, mushy “breaded” “chicken” chunks I’ve ever had in my life. I just got done being sick so this was that meal I was looking forward to and God himself did me so wrong. Why God? Why’d you let me order from this place?
web says they close at 10. last 2 times I called to place an order they said they were closed at 8:15. Tonight they said they were closed at 8:20, when I asked what time they closed the girl said 9:00, so I told her it was only 8:20 she said they walk out at 9pm. They should specify their operating times clearly, the website says 10pm.
My son ordered a pizza and some wings at 6:38 pm. They said that our food should arrive within 45 minutes. Well, that didn't happen. The food arrived around 7:55 pm and it was almost cold. Apparently someone typed in the wrong address. I called to complain and they offered to remake the food. We said no because we didn't want to wait yet again. They offered him a measly 20%discount off of his next order.
4 stars are only because of prior orders and where our money would help this company pay it's employees.Otherwise, No commentHowever, I will mention, please get the online menu correct.
They delivered to the wrong address and an hour and a half later we had to call and ask where our food was. No one bothered to call when they were told they had the wrong address. When we finally called they said your foods here but you have to come get it… I will never order from here again. And would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is a disgrace and their employees are clearly incapable of doing their job.
