My husband purchased a Strawberry Banana freeze, and I tried it and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly.
In front of Nordstroms is the eBar. Great coffees, pastries and snacks. We enjoyed an Egg Nog Latte, Black and White Latte, Toasted Bagel, Chocolate Croissant and a Crumb Cake. Staff were all really friendly. Tables in the mall just outside are a nice place to enjoy your purchases. Premium prices for nice products. We don’t live in the area, but would visit again if we were in the mall.

Terrible customer service tonight. Woman taking our drink order was on her cell phone. Gentleman with the long tied back who made our drinks didn't make the right ones as there seemingly was miscommunication between the staff. When he delivered the original drinks he muttered too quickly what the drinks were. Which is fine, sometime we get in a hurry, but when we deciphered what he said we realized the drinks were wrong. When we asked about them we were confronted very rudely with an annoyed tone. Realizing he had to make one of the drinks over he took a nasty tone with the other staff member telling her she wrote down the wrong info on the cup. Once he completed our new drink he rudely placed it on the landing zone, walked away without saying a word. We even apologized for something that wasn't our fault and still got the cold shoulder. I've been going to the eBar for years and this isn't the first time I've seen this gentleman become rude with customers.

Their ice storm drinks. I love the matcha ice drink and the mocha banana ice storm. Such a nice coffee spot tucked away on the other side of the mall near the entrance of Nordstrom.
I went there on Sunday, April 11, the same person who was at the cash register prepared my mocha ice storm without using gloves or washing her hands. I won't come back.
I love coming here during my lunch, the service and food are well worth it.
