We ordered from Mayflower last night, got home and were missing a Shrimp Tempura roll. Never had this happen before, they were really nice about it on the phone, said they had to speak to the manager and would call me back. Two minutes later, asked for my address and sent a driver with the missed item. I wasn’t expecting that, a refund would have sufficed, but they went out of their way to make the error right. I did not want to have to return back to the restaurant at 7:45pm. The food was very good, first time getting the Kirin and it was fantastic! We ordered the 3 Roll Special, Special B (which had the Kirin roll and 3 others), Green and Garden Rolls, Shrimp Tempura roll and a salad. Fresh sushi and rolls, great prices, and I noticed they keep your order in the small refrigerator until you arrive!

I ordered from this restaurant a few times an the food is very good. But this last time I ordered from door dash and had to call three times to figure out we’re my order was. The customer service I received was horrible all then want to do is rush you off the phone so they don’t have to talk to you. This restaurant should reconsider taking door dash order when they get busy in the restaurant.

I'm changing my rating from five stars, to one.I have been coming to this place for ten years. I have always loved their food and their prices, and especially their customer service. Sadly, the last THREE TIMES I have placed orders for pickup, they have literally forgotten about me completely. The first time I waited for three hours. The second time I waited, again. Today, I had placed an order to be ready after work. A large order, confirmed to be ready for pick up at 8pm. I am now sitting in my car, waiting for them to prepare my food because when I went inside they had forgotten about me AGAIN.I can understand that mistakes happen. The first time, sure. The second, still ok but annoying. But three times in a row?! I'll never order here again.They never offered any coupons, discounts or anything that would make this slightly acceptable.Don't waste your time or money.

I’ve been coming to mayflower since they were just a small un renovated take out joint. It’s the same people since 10+ years ago. They are nice and the food is good. The quality and the portion of the chicken hibachi has significantly declined, but they do have some really good deals on sushi. I usually get the 3 roll special.

Not the best sushi I’ve had. It was just okay. I has the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, sweet potato roll and the vegetable tempura. The fish in the sushi was really big instead of being diced. If ordering take out I would not follow the doordash app that tells you when the food is ready. Mine was incorrect and several others complained of the same with ordering take out.

Always great! Delivery experiences are a little long sometimes, but it's always worth the wait. ?

They are making excellent rolls. Sushi special C is probably one of the best deal in terms price/quality. Banzai roll and Dragon roll are among the tastiest there IMO. Miso soup was also good. The place looks like family owned business.

I often order takeout from Mayflower, and I’m always impressed! They haven’t gotten an order wrong once, and the quality of the food is superb. I’ve tried the majority of the menu and everything is great. I can tell there is a lot of care that is put into the food and service. Dining in person is also a great experience, but they are closed for dine-in right now I think. I highly recommend Mayflower! ☺️

The food here has never been an issue for me it's always more then fine. The wait times definitely need work. I placed an order online at 630p, got there at around 7:15 and was still standing in the lobby at 7:45 before they handed me my food

Online orders through the Snackpass app are very easy, the location is on my way home from work and I love the Miso soup and salad with ginger dressing. The staff are very friendly and always say thank you to customer.
