The absolute worst the employees have their air pods in so they can’t hear and then one was vaping on her pen behind the counter after saying with an attitude that they called my name multiple times and I didn’t come after I simply asked if the coffee I ordered was done. I was standing right next to the booth, never once heard them say it. I thought the customer service was terrible but at least I got my drink and brushed it off to then try it and it tasted nasty I got my husband to try it to see if he wanted it so I’m not wasting money but he even thought it was bad so I threw it away. Highly Would not recommend this place the local planet smoothie, playa bowl and tropical smoothie deserves business over this location.
my friend ordered a “plantbased” smoothie but it wasn’t PlaNt BasEd at all and got extremely sick... lying to customers about diets can be so dangerous, so please be careful out there, cause apparently even smoothies aren’t safe ?
the “plant based” smoothie is a big lie.. i got extremely sick after having it, it’s not all plant based. i have severe crohns disease and for a company to lie about a product is beyond wrong and hurting the customer. please stop lying to ur customers!!!

Employees here have no idea what they are doing. You order something and they don't give you what you order instead they give you something completely different that's not even close to what you originally ordered.Apart from that I ordered a bowl then paid for it after the fact they gave me the bowl without the main ingredient and i was told sorry we don't have it. Instead of telling me before I bought it.Worst. Place. Ever. Avoid at all costs the employees have no idea what they are doing.They say this place is from California... trust me it's a joke.

Employees were quite rude on Friday evening. Seemed disinterested in work but engrossed on their phones.3drinks were ordered of 2 different kinds and all were poured from the same blender. They also don’t take cash or give you a receipt...smdh if you have ever had Jamba Juice you already know it’s way overpriced and that’s fine but this other stuff was total BS.
