We’ve been coming here since it was the first of the chain to be here. It has gone downhill so terribly over the years. We came here earlier this month after a play to find out they closed at 9 o’clock so we were unable to even have a drink at the bar. We went across the street where there were bars open later hours with food to offer. We had dinner this week and the menu is much smaller than it used to be, understandably with supply issues however our server was largely absent and very slow. Things we asked for were not brought out with food and when I asked for lemons a second time I was brought back a small ramekin of nasty slimy lemons that I did not use and did not bother mentioning. Dirty dishes were never removed from the table.
After seeing the brewery as a top rated lunch restaurant in Newark , De , I decided to have lunch while in transit to Philadelphia. The mushroom soup had no favor and the egg rolls were less than impressive. The restraunt was being staffed by one employee in the front of the house . He was tending the bar , waiting tables , and restocking the bar’s liquor cabinets simultaneously , which led to poor service ( not his fault ) I use Trip Adviser 100% of the time when I travel and Iron Hill Brewery was the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Being a cook myself , I can only assume that I was unlucky and the restaurant was having a bad day

Stores that are couples dinner with Kennett Square mushroom soup. I was very disappointed in the soup I would give it only two stars out of five. It was very Bland and needed much more butter. Restaurant across the street homegrown has the best in town. The entree was adequate. And I was disappointed in the gooey butter cake.
Sat at the bar for 20 minutes waiting for a drink even tried to get the bartenders attention and got ignored. She was too busy talking and hanging out. Wasted an uber trip there and back. Won't make that mistake again
Brussels sprouts appetizer is a must try! They were cooked perfectly and the coating was delicious! I will definitely be back for more.
Baja fish tacos were perfection! Crispy fish (didn't taste frozen or weird), with a great sauce, cabbage and pickled onions.
