Cookies are just okay! Customer service is weak. I went here twice in one week & the biracial girl with glasses at the counter just stares at you until you place an order. Doesn’t greet you or anything! Please work on your customer service since this affects the taste & experience of your cookies.

If you want your cookie and ice cream better tell the driver to hold on he forgets to give your ice cream and how ironic three cookies missing I had to contact customer service to get my money back for items missing cause they at the store claim they were there but driver must have ate them cause even he looked and said they were missing
It's never a good idea to order a dozen cookies for yourself. It is always a great idea. The app was acting crazy and made my order go through 3 times, and the store actually called to confirm and cancelled the other two orders for me, so that's pretty cool.

I bought cookies from here all the times and always love them. But this time the moment we walk in, we were the only customer and the register lady saw us , looked at us and did not say a word, we were just standing there by the door for a long time. When we finally get the cookie box, most of the cookies were so old and hard as rock?. Very disappointed!
The cookies are great. However the night we went they were out of quite a bit of cookie flavors due to a late shipment. Not the employees fault but it does affect the experience.
I ordered cookies to be delivered on Valentines day. Due to a change in my order they were delivered to the wrong address. Tyson went above and beyond to make things right for me. He was so kind and helpful. What could have been a big disappointment for my family ended up being a perfect surprise.
