Awful service! Half of the workers do not understand very much English!
They make good burgers and Amaizing French fries. The staff is friendly and the service was pretty fast. I like the fact that they have f self serve tea fountain for wheel chair customer.The bills can be high compare to other fast food, but you get what you pay for.
It's ok bugers a little plain
Ok I will say before hand they offered me a free meal but honestly I will not order from 5 guys anymore after this. I requested a delivery order and everything was great except my grilled cheese. The company did nothing and when I did call the store I was passed off 3 times. First person did not even answer the phone properly. The answer was more like the work phone was a personal phone. I had to make sure I was calling five guys. I had my order number but the person on n the phone was say my credit card number out loud multiple times and then said "I need to write it down". I just said forget it because so many things wrong with this experience that left a worst impression for me. I am going to have to keep a eye on my credit card now due to this and all I wanted was bacon on my grilled cheese sandwich. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here and if they mess it up go through your bank and dispute it because will say your credit card number out loud

Called 3 x’s and hung up on each one. This manager should be replaced with someone who actually cares about his business!
Terrible
Twice Ive ordered 90 minutes in advance on the app. Twice ive come in to pick up on time while on my lunch break, twice Ive had to wait 15 to 20 minutes after my pick up time for them to cook it and give it to me.The second time I tried to speak to someone and the guy at the counter pretended he couldnt hear me asking politely to talk to him when he was just wiping down the drink machine. The rest pretended not to know english but I knew spanish too and suddenly there ignoring me as well.Get your people in order before ill ever order again..
2nd time ordering from here and both times the orders were wrong always missing a burger and this time was a WHITE HAIR in my fries. We call them and they don't want to do nothing.
Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! My favorite and the closest one to me is about 45mins away but is well worth it!! There is no other burgers like this and they're fries just top it off!! My whole family agrees and granted the prices are very high I'd say it's worth it! I wouldn't mind the prices to.go down but again u definitely get what you pay for! A million stars
