We had the Red room at the Christiana location which served us well,. Our server was great. She kept up with drinks and checked in just often enough. The food was good as always. Will do this again.
Service was perfect, food was great, couldnât have asked for better
Food is pretty reliably good at Firebirds. The waitress put in the wrong order for my son but she admitted she made a mistake and was able to quickly rectify it. This is one of the regular spots where my entire family can typically find something they like.

The restaurant itself was nice and was packed. My husband got the ribeye and it wasnât even 1/2 inch thick and waaaaay too salty. My sirloin was cooked nicely but was very salty as well. There were plenty of servers but service was very, very slow. We actually had to cancel dessert (Lemon cake that should not have to be baked first) so we could leave. The onion rings were actually fabulous but overall not good enough for us to make a return trip.
As always Firebirds delivered. We had a wonderful date night. Great Apps, Drinks, & Steaks. We will definitely be back soon.
