I've been here several times and the workers here are the best! A++ on customer service. They are always upbeat, and their coffee is always perfect. Today I made a mistake on my mobile order and the lady at the window was very kind and helped me out. Each time i've visited they have always been polite and respectful. If you plan on visiting them with any negativity, please make your coffee at home. They deserve nothing less than positive vibes.
Lobby is closed for what this is dumb people do not have time to go through a drive thru especially when every other restaurant is letting people sit inside now but they wont even let people order inside. Well guess this store lost my business. This is why I stopped going to dunkin donuts as a whole. One store does dumb we don’t shop at any. This is a country where we want easy not waiting in a long drive thru.
This Dunkin Donuts used to be great my last couple visits left a lot to be desired. Are you sure you can write most of it off to the problems getting workers due to covid but still.

Drive thru lines insane; go inside! Staff seemed overwhelmed but I think it was the busiest part of their work day. Still good service , great donuts and other menu ootions
Best DNKN in Northern Delaware by far. My drink is always on point and you can see the add ons streak to the bottom of the cup preparing to make passionate love to your taste buds. The staff is on point, quick, and friendly as hell.
Used to be the best Dunkin around. Unfortunately, it's become a disappointment. Morning crew is amazing, but, I will not go in the evenings anymore. Night crew service is sub par at best. Stick to early daytime for good service.
Got to grab a coffee or latte for this cold weather!! Wasnt to bad but hubby didnt really like his regular coffee.. the cup was leaking and the girl didnt remake his drink and it tasted weak with no sugar!! But other then that!! It was okay
