Ordered my coffee on the app. Went to pick up at 6:40 & the door was locked with the lights off but I could see people inside. I saw my coffee already made waiting to be picked up as well, so I called & an employee answered the phone saying they’ll bring my coffee out. I don’t appreciate the fact that they close at 7pm but shut down early. I had already paid for my coffee. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Worse coffee ever. I don't even know why I think it's going to get better. Was traveling grab it because I couldn't find a Starbucks. Next time I will go without. Save my money.

If you can help it, do not go here as a customer. The staff is ill-prepared and do not handle stress well. They give attitude to each other and take it out on customers.I ordered two hot coffees on a Saturday morning. The coffee was hot, but tasted old and stale. When I finished towards the bottom of the drink, I got a mouthful of grounds. I opened the cup and saw about two inches of straight coffee grounds. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but shouldn't coffee at a coffee franchise be fresh?

When I visited, signs said to use the kiosks to order but they were both out of order. They were out of most donuts, and service was slow.

It depends on which Dunkin you go to

I recommend this Dunkin’ excluding ANY espresso drink. Staff seem friendly but the espresso machine works as well as the soft serve at McDonalds. Very problematic if you place mobile orders. Took them 25 minutes to make 1 medium cappuccino today. Multiple times in the past I’ve placed mobile orders only to find out they can’t make my drink and can’t refund it. They do make an honest effort to replace it, but with coffee. While it isn’t as convenient for me, I’ll stick to the Starbucks near the mall. If this Dunkin’ ever decides to replace your machine, feel free to message me and I will remove this review and return. As I mentioned, otherwise happy with the location.

Ordering kiosks: 1 was off, the other crashed while waiting in line to order. I downloaded the DD app and ordered before the staff recognized the issue and manually took the users of the people ahead of me.Our food and coffee were prepared accurately and quickly, once I got an order in.This is a counter service only location, but is not allowing dining in presently.

I walked in DD today to place my order , they refused to take my order at the register wanted me to use the new system they have , I explain to the young lady politely I don't have a credit card may I just place my order , she refused and stated I'll take your cash and purchase a gift card WELL IF YOU CAN DO THAT WHY NOT PLACE MY ORDER AT THR REGISTER!!!! I LEFT AND WENT TO OTHER DD BY THE WAWA AND THEY HELPED ME GO TO THAT PLACE ...MUCH BETTER

This used to be a great place but they just put in two electronic kiosks in and now the staff insists on the customers use only the kiosks. Well some people cant figure them out and it takes forever. The staff for the most part seem uninterested in jumping on their register to expidite the process. There are only two people making food & drinks but u can hear more people in the back. I have been to other dunkins that have the kiosks and the they still use the registers. Fortunately a starbucks opened down the street. They will have my business from here on out.

Its 3 people working here, at 6:30. They say open until 7 but are closed with lights off. I pulled up with all lights on, as i got my wallet they went and locked the doors. Sorry all are hanging out on their phones, what is wrong with this world anymore
