The employee helped me with the kiosk to order my food. So that was very helpful.
Was just in there for coffee and donuts and had the absolute worst customer service ever in my life will not be going back to this place don't know if they were trained properly on customer service but something needs to improve
I just left this place I ask the young lady for a hot Carmel latte with extra Carmel NO whip cream, I notice she went to crumble the receipt before asking me and I asked her for the receipt she charged me 50 cents for whip cream which I stated I didn't want, when she came back around I explain to her you charged me FOR WHIP CREAM Take it towards the dollar tip and please don't give me whip cream, Got home Dang it sure enough she put whip cream in it anyways after asking her her several times and gave aa tip..Not Happy
Use to go here a few times a week until about two months ago they installed kiosks which they MAKE YOU order from, and if u want to pay with cash you cant. But, they will take the same cash you wanted to pay with, go to the counter, use the cash to get a gift card, to go back to the kiosk, to place your order. It is totally backwards, and makes no sense, plus the kiosks make the lines longer because not everyone knows how to use them, then u need to wait for help, which makes the orders take longer to get, because an employee has to stop making orders to help the customers place an order.
They need to bring the old managers back. The ones who run it now do not care about what type of product they give to their customers. Want a toasted anything? Forget about it. It'll come out just like it did from the packaging. Want a hot drink? It'll take about 10-15 minutes and it'll come out cold as if it was already done and sitting there.
I love this place but today i went to an iced coffee and a grilled cheese and instead of doing my order those ladies were just gossiping and taking forever to do my order.
Love the coffee….But their food is never warm enough! Toasted? Forget it. Not toasted at all. I tried the bagel minis with cream cheese and they were still cold. They need to turn up their toasters a little!
Coffee only. Would have gotten a donut yet no sour cream were available.
Good coffee. Don't expect the mature woman to be friendly or Crack a smile though. ?
