Terrible place to order food from. The manager is disrespectful and rude. After my order was wrong and I was told I’d be sent out a new order after a hour of waiting I called back just for them to say they could not bring my order out because they were low on drivers . They won’t offer you a refund or anything These people have no customer service skills whatsoever . I would never order from this place again. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. They need a new management and new employees . If your thinking about buying from here please reconsider
We just moved & it was 10:00pm when I ordered 2 pizzas & a coke. In an hour after not hearing anything I called and the women didn’t say much and just had a I don’t care attitude. I got the vibe this happens all the time. She said 25 min but it was another hour. We waited 2hrs 15 min for pizza. This dominos was 1.4 miles away. I was exhausted. So yeah service sucked & the time to get your order for delivery is unacceptable & ridiculous. I never send reviews but this one needed one. The food was great but not worth waiting 2hrs 15 min. ?
We ordered from this location tonight. After 90ish minutes the order eventually showed up. Very cold. Very very old, and very NOT worth the $30 we feel was STOLEN from us by this trash location. This is not the first time this location has ripped us off. The food took an hour and a half to get to us and was definitely an hour and a half old. The chicken bites were smaller than quarters. We are totally done with dominos in Delaware. You should be too. Papa John's is across the street.
I have had good service in the past, but the latest orders have been very delayed. The latest delivery was orderd at 6.40pm on Sat night - ordered for children as a treat, here we are at 9.15 with no pizza, status as quality check, rang the store, delivery driver 20 mins away, with other orders to be delivered before ours once they get back to the store. Have been a regular customer in the past, but now will now reconsider who I order from.
The service here is awful. The manager is rude and unhelpful. Their excuse is they are short staffed. Months later still same bad service snd same excuse. 5 workers standing around doing nothing but blame it on being short staffed. They didn't start making my pizza until 15 minutes after my order was placed and I arrived for pick up.
Definitely disappointed!! This is the worst store I have ordered from yet. Order food at 624, said delivers at 658. Called store because it wasn’t delivered. They said 10 more mins. 30 mins later still nothing. Now I call and they say they don’t know my food is and are going to remake it and deliver it. I literally love 5 mins away. No compensation at all for the inconvenience it has cause.
newark store near peoples plaza. unbelievably poor service. on phone 30 minutes trying to find out where my pizza was. never got it. went to store and they said an hour and 45 minutes is normal-RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. it was still in store. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. GO ELSEWHERE-
I'm going to order from Mario's next time. Their pizza is more expensive but it's better and has never taken so long or arrived cold. Waited an hour and forty minutes. That's an hour and twenty minutes after the "quality check" was done (you failed, check again). My food arrived cold. I called to ask where it was probably an hour in to waiting. I got no apology just a "yours is next out." The driver didn't really care either. Thanks Dominos. Of course I left this feedback in your app asking for a refund but I probably won't get it. If I do, I'll update this.
Tried to place an order fir a small cheese pizza and as soon as I called they just slammed me on hold and the phone went dead then called back and the same thing! Slammed me on hold I have been holding niw fir ten minutes and am still on hold!! What kind of service is this!! Horrible service buy your pizza someplace else. Highly recommend Pats or Seasons in Elkton.
The female associate / cashier is like super rude and kept yelling at me for no reason at all. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone who wanna have pizzas from Dominos. When asked for a few packs of chili flakes, I've been Yelled, that they're out of stock, whereas the customer before me got a couple of them from another associate. Definitely a big red flag. I haven't had such an awful Dominos experience anywhere in the US except here.
